-Nickname- When he was little the other children called him "Soda" but he doesn't really have a nickname anymore.

-Scars/ Distinguishing Marks- Seda'a has no scars at all, but is marked at the base of his neck with a small tattoo.
-Appearance- Short, slight, underwhelming. Seda'a has always looked somewhat sickly and frail, his sallow pallor and gangly limbs do nothing to detract from his odd and pitiful physique.

History
Seda'a was found in the Black Shroud by a traveling merchant. Well, to be more specific, actually the merchant happened to be at Hawthorne Hut doing business when Seda'a was discovered. Someone had left the infant Seda'a at the campsite and the merchant had volunteered to take him.
The merchant was a Midlander Hyur named Osmont. He was originally from Ishgard but had been traveling for some time. Osmont was a very wealthy merchant but had no family of his own. He'd been married once, but his wife had died from a tragic accident.
In his early years Osmont taught Seda'a himself, but shortly after his fifth nameday Osmont enrolled Seda'a into a reputable boarding school to further his education. From age five until he was fifteen Seda'a studied diligently at Helwyn Academy*, a private institution in eastern La Noscea.
Now he is ready to explore the world and learn about things first hand instead of reading about them. His father demands he continue his education but has since returned to Ishgard, communicating with Seda'a by post. Seda'a will honor Osmont's wishes but wants to try to do so in his own way.
Personality
Seda'a is kind, jovial and polite. He's normally quite helpful and enjoys scholastic pursuits, but he does have a darker side too. Perhaps not so much "dark" as "angry" though. He struggles with abandonment issues and he has a bad temper but he's trying.

- Helwyn Acadamy - Seda'a's first school. A "Ten Sun school" meaning a ten year school for the very young. Typically from ages 4-14 or 5-15. Secondary Academy is to follow, usually for another four years.
