Character

General

For those who know the family side of Stella Bridin, she is a hardworking, firm matriarch who leads her own through adversity. She'd bear the brunt of any difficulty her family faced, gladly or reluctantly. At the end of the day, her family is what she has worked for her entire life. Those who know the business side of "Miss Stella" however prefer to keep mum. It's best not to say much if you've seen much, and you've never seen much. Anything actually, if you know what's good for you.

Appearance

Rather vain, Stella takes quite good care of herself. Most assume her to be in her early thirties at the oldest, a singer's looks playing a close second to her voice in terms of meal tickets. She has vibrant Persian green eyes, her medium-length black hair normally done up in a formal style or classy side-sweep when performing. On stage, her curvy figure is often hugged by a formfitting red cocktail dress with lips painted to match. When not under the spotlight, she prefers a simple ponytail, often garbing herself in white as a symbol of another talent: the holy arts.

Early Life

Stella doesn't like to share much about her early life. What those close to her know is that she gave birth to twins Hesperia and Astor Bridin when she was only sixteen, having run away from her Moonseeker tribe. She has only ever told one person the identity of the man who'd impregnated her. Sometime during the first eight months away from home, she was charmed by one Axyl Bridin, an older man with a successful carpentry business who took the young woman in as a receptionist. From humble, though somewhat tawdry beginnings grew a loving family with a strong sense of occasionally questionable, though upstanding morals. After the children were old enough to attend school, Stella began pursuing work outside of the home. Eventually, she landed a gig with an Ul'dahn band that had found themselves in a pinch, and the rest was history. Between Axyl's business and Stella's singing, the family eventually had the funds to open their own chocobo farm and breeding business. Though small, it was more than enough between them to keep the lights on, hire a few farmhands, and keep the children clothed and fed. Well, at that.

At Current

Tensions are high between the Bridin Matriarch and her newlywed daughter, Hesperia Lunamaesta. In truth, Stella is dying. Drudging up old contacts and slipping back into the spotlight, the old girl's out for one last hurrah before the final curtain closes.

General

Stemming from her tribal upbringing, Stella has a rather unique battle style. While many normally chant incantations, Stella sings and occasionally dances to cast spells. She's capable of using foci just fine, though prefers to rely on her skills as a Cantor primarily. Her talents lie more extensively with healing, though she's just as capable of manipulating and combusting the aether around her.

Stella is secretive, enigmatic, and known for being particularly controlling. She tends to keep proverbial skeletons in her closet, though whether or not she's the one to have metaphorically skinned them to begin with is a mystery.

Family

Axyl Bridin - Stella's husband and the only father her children have ever known, Axyl is a man of honor. He does what he can for his family and has absolutely no issue with Stella assuming control. He loves and supports his wife very much; he'd do anything for her.

Hesperia Lunamaesta - Born Hesperia Swati Bridin, she is the first of Stella's twins. Though they often bicker when around each other, one may observe that it's a natural occurrence when interacting with someone so similar to yourself.

Astor Bridin - The second of Stella's twins, Astor's tribal name "Tarachand'a" is one of the few clues to Stella's upbringing, as Moonkeeper men often took the names of their mothers. His brutish nature hides a quiet intelligence that many underestimate or fail to see entirely.

Hyuponia Lunamaesta - Stella's adopted son, Hyuponia joined the family during a trip across the Ul'dahn desert. Not only was he a sweet orphan ripe for the taking, Stella saw a potential in the boy that she hadn't seen in even her own children. Not only did she vow to raise him, but Stella would draw out the energy to make Hyuponia the man he is today. He has since married her daughter, Hesperia.

Zorya Bridin-Lunamaesta - Originally raised as her own daughter until her mother came back to claim her, Zorya is a bright, albeit anemic, little girl. She's Hesperia's spoiled little daughter, often seen with a custom mammet her father built especially for her and her trusty Behemoth friend.
