Like the Ishgardians, he respects and prays to Halone for guidance...however his nomadic ways take him in several strides to respect all of the 12. In the same fashion he also believes in "Meteo" a rather rare occuring phenomenon of a meteor landing on the planet.

He resides in Ul'dah at times...but his duty somehow for the admiral of the Maelstrom as his choice of faction...he also tends to side with the Twin Adder on certain subjects...but overall he is loyal to Ishgard mainly.

Surge has always had the fear of deep water and what lies in it wheter it be sharks, Sahaugin, Sea Monsters or even Leviathan himself.

Despite wearing armor he has a lot of balance and stamina...He can even jump high and be very nimble. He has a keen eye and also knows when someone is stealing from his very pockets.

Although Narrow minded sometiems with women...he can sometimes make good judgement calls and has excellent knowledge of the world around him. He can also be very experimental with certain situations...which sometimes get him in trouble.
