 Darla Forgeborn "The first step is always the hardest." A North Shroud native, Darla spent her life among the forests of Gridania, living simply with her parents and sister in the Hawthorne Huts. But the Calamity showed her that there was so much more to the world than she realized, and she knew she could not stay in her little world any longer. With nothing to her name but a bow and trepidation, Darla set out to make a name for herself in Eorzea.

General ❧
Despite a diet that the charitable would call "lacking", Darla has kept a trim figure due to her days on open road and facing the dangers that come with it. Her hair is a fiery red, and you're not like to see it in the same style for longer than a fortnight. Though it's healed relatively well, she bears a scar across her nose from a close encounter with a ruffian she'd been tracking. Her green eyes reveal a deep inner-life, though she's not like to share that with just anyone.
Clothing ❧
With a weakness for the fineries that had eluded her in her youth (Silks were ill suited to tracking game, or carrying crates), Darla can often be seen wearing soft and loose fitting fashions, with a particular fondness for Ishgardian styles.
Voice ❧
Darla has a voice that most often defaults to cheery skepticism, accepting the outlandish tales told by those requesting her aid, regardless of if she actually believes them. Though she has a practiced enough singing voice, she is more inclined to perform with her harp.
Habits ❧
Darla has an insatiable appetite for new experiences, which gets her in more than her fair share of trouble, as she'll rarely say no to any request that comes her way. When troubled or frustrated, she has the tendency to bite her lip.
