His build is slight, seeming even a little bit frail. This is mostly because of the years he has spent with his nose buried in a book. His pale blonde hair is so light that, in the proper light, it almost appears white. It is normally worn tied back in a thick pony-tail, the sides kept tight with decorative barrettes to keep the rogue hairs from falling into his face as he reads. Haharomu's skin, once pale and nearly porcelain in appearance, has started to turn a light red from his recent trips in the actual sunlight! Scars & Markings: Haharomu's most telling scar is a lack of scars. In fact, his hands are smooth and soft, not at all unlike those of a noble. He does wear a ceremonial bindi common to the service of Oschon. Voice: Haharomu's voice is quiet and even, but he is easily awed, at which time his voice can creep up to an almost soprano octave...something that Haharomu finds very embarrassing, but doesn't realize he's doing it until it's too late. Clothing: The travel coat of the Maelstrom is almost always on this Lala's shoulders. Haharomu worked very hard to achieve rank enough to get the coat of the Maelstrom, and he takes very good care of it, commonly stopping in mid-trip just to wash trail dust from it. His pants, shoes and gloves are of common make, but as well kept as the coat. Each morning, Haharomu's ritual involves a complete going through of all of his clothing for stains, tears and marks. While he has a great deal of curiousity about the summoning, he hasn't been able to muster the courage to do it...yet... An Academic Nature (Trouble): As a child Romu spent so much of his life in the confines of a library and a sage's hall that he seldom realizes how dangerous the outside world is. He's read about almost every contingent, but the actual circumstance...he frequently finds that his scholastic desires place him in the path of danger. Bookworm: You are well versed in all manner of obscure lore. Your knowledge is, unfortunately, almost entirely from books, and theory is not always the same as practice. My Trusty Bag of Accoutrements: A man is only as good as the items he keeps in his bag, so Romu keeps his best with him as often as possible. Stunts The Sorcerer's Sense: If Romu takes some time to attune his magical senses, he can use his Arcanist skill for Notice for the scene. Attention to Detail: Romu can use Investigate instead of Empathy to defend against Deceive attempts. What others discover through gut reactions and intuition, he learns through careful observation of microexpressions. Walking Library: Romu's prodigious reading has paid off in spades, and he is able to recall minute details from even the most obscure literary works.
