Character

X'aqi (or Aqi as he likes to be called) is an optimistic and carefree miqo'te who naturally sees good in others, which can sometimes make deceiving him a simple task. He's nearly always in the mood for joking around and loves to tease, especially his companion Jin'sae Hara. For a mercenary he is very kind-hearted, a trait fostered during his time with the Chocobos on a Ranch in La Noscea. He can be stubborn and quick to anger, but he can just as quickly and easily forgive. Aqi tries his best to take the moral high ground in all situations, though this version of 'the right thing' may be quite different from more traditional view points. As a mercenary, he refuses to take lives of people he believes can reform themselves. His choice to become a warrior may seem in contrast with his personality, but it has become a way to channel his anger and become a shield to others which for Aqi is penance for past sins.

X'toldha Wazi - X'aqi's mother. The most skilled hunter of the X tribe currently, giving her a position that is held in equal respect and power with the Nunh. X'allra Oya - X'aqi's little sister. She's a curious girl who Aqi was quick to become fond of, despite their brief contact.

Friends

X Tribe X'jusana Asah - Childhood friend and second closest to Aqi, she liked to rival both X'hiro and Aqi. Now an excellent hunter. X'korolon Asah - A childhood friend of Aqi's, now a hunter of the X. X'hiro Tia - He was Aqi's closest friend in childhood, but now X'hiro regards Aqi as a rival and threat. X'Khenna Fummi - The oldest of Aqi's friends from his younger days, now deceased. X'nannza Asah - A timid friend from childhood, now deceased.

Chocobo Ranch Isilrhet Eyrihaerasyn - Owner of the X Ranch, a chocobo ranch in La Noscea where Aqi worked for nine years. He says he use to be a sailor, but reliable rumors say he is an ex-pirate of some notoriety. Falkahr Eyrihaerasyn - Isilrhet's son, and a yellow jacket. He inspired Aqi to join the marauder's guild. Miroku Kuroku - A gardener at the ranch, he use to sail with Isilrhet. Lyndon Hall - chocobo keep, ex-con man and gambler. Giselle Fireshore - Ranch hand with a legendary temper, she is an ex-theif. Rhitthota Holasurswyn - Chocobo keep and keeps up with with house matters.

Jin'sae Hara - A young Moon Keeper Miqo'te Aqi took upon himself to look after, and has ever since become highly attached to. Its not often they are apart. Cythe Sundowner - A Rhidan'i warrior who befriended Aqi with his cooking. Eskri Dibujo - A young lady he met at the same time as Jin'sae. They both share a love of Chocobos. Isra'ir Nejem - Aqi met him at the Wench, chasing after a pair of thieves, and since has done work along side him and Jin'sae for Isra'ir's Lord Descoteaux. Owen Sterner - A merchant aqi met drinking at the Wench, whom Jin'sae already seems to know. He's a serious fellow that Aqi likes to poke at often.
