Basic Info
Yga Thunderfell is a wandering amnesiac historian. She is willing to tell anyone this provided they can give her a little bit of insight into the history of Eorzea. While she has no idea where she came from, her extreme height and muscular build suggest that before she lost her memories she was almost certainly not a scholar.
History
One bright and cursed morning in Limsa Limnosa Yga awoke adrift in a small rowboat in the harbor, near the fishing guild. She had no memory of how she got there or who she was. the only clues were the puddle of vomit and several dozen empty rum bottles in the bottom of the boat. When she managed to reach the shore she promptly questioned everyone around, but no one remembered a towering redheaded Highlander. She only discovered her name by chance when, upon renting a room, she found the name Yga Thunderfell stitched into her smallclothes. Seeing as how not many people would comfortably fit the rather overly large panties, she assumed the name must be hers.
Stuck with no memories, and no real clues, Yga decided to become a historian in order to try and fill in the blanks in her knowledge of the world, and of herself. The Arcanist's Guild is always looking for people with an interest in books, and while Yga's not particularly intelligent, arcane mathematics seems to come easy enough.
Personality
Yga is friendly, not very bright and generally confused about things. She likes kittens and puppies, but is afraid of turtles.
