Basic Information
Yini Kihn is a supposed priestess of Menphina and a self-proclaimed love expert. She left her home some years ago to act a missionary, spreading love far and wide and rescuing the lonely to the best of her abilities. To put it plainly, she'll fuck at the drop of a hat if she feels it will advance her divine mandate. In her eyes, she is the single best hope Eorzea has in its struggle against the greatest evil of all time: monogamy.
Her most fundamental belief is that everyone deserves love and everyone must love everyone else, or else! The sole exception is that if one is branded an enemy of love—a brand none other than Yini is fit to apply—then said person does not deserve love. On the contrary, said person deserves death! For the record, notable enemies of love include those who disparage Menphina or the Shroud, pirates (or anyone who looks like one), and, perhaps worst of all, eternally bonded people who refuse to cheat on their partners.
Her warped brand of Menphina-inspired zealotry and her often misguided actions are typically played for laughs in RP scenarios, but there's plenty of substance to her character if one really gets to know her well. (No sharing such details here though!) She's been my baby since the launch of A Realm Reborn and I love her to bits!
