Family & Friends Anshelm Chamberlain (♥♠) - Father Anshelm Chamberlain was a highlander (assumed) male in his late forties. He was a respected merchant, those who knew him remember him for his "warm smile" and "friendly eyes". Though, he never quite gained the love of his cherished son Orren, who had always despised him for spending so much time away from him, inevitably leaving him alone with his mother. Anshelm was murdered during a garlean ambush as he and his wife traveled to the markets in Gridania from their home in the furthest edges of the eastern Shroud. His body was never found. Rose Chamberlain (♥♠) - Mother Rose Chamberlain is a midlander woman from a simple farming family in the Shroud. She is hot-headed, deceitful, and narcissistic. Unlike Anshelm, Orren is absolutely despised by her. Orren is quick to state that his mother wishes he was dead, which isn't far from the truth. Rose attempted to murder Orren in his infancy via drowning him in the local river. Anshelm had prevented it, shielding his only child from her. The hyur is currently wanted by the Twin Adders for her suspected involvement in the death of Anshelm Chamberlain. Her current whereabouts are unknown to all but Orren, who refuses to speak about her location. Ashel Helmsbreak (♥♥) Ashel Helmsbreak is a midlander male from Ala Mhigo. Orren and Ashel met in Ul'dah, near the gate leading into Central Thanalan when casual conversation had begun between the two. Little did they know, a friendship would quickly come from their limited interactions, and that friendship would spiral into a romantic attraction in a few short days.
