Tribemother Alignment... - AppearancePersonalityRumorsStoriesOOCCredit [[]] Tempered by life in the deep wilds of the Black Shroud, her frame is the pinnacle of a tribal huntress; strong but not bulky, lithe but not frail, Jasmine the lethal combination of power, speed, and endurance that many wish to achieve and few truly manage. Standing at a full five fulms and four ilms, Jasmine is on the tall side for a female of her race. Deceptively wiry arms and corded shoulders are supported by the supple V of her torso. A tight, muscular waist trails down to her powerful thighs and strong calves. Her figure remains feminine thanks to the muted curve of her hips and a relatively full bosom, though neither are pronounced enough to make her truly curvy. Scars & Markings: Faint, almost white stripes adorn the edges of Jasmine's face near her temples and cheeks, almost completely hidden by her hairline. She is surprisingly fair-haired and fair-skinned for a Keeper of the Moon, with pale flesh-toned skin and blonde tresses shot through with fiery reds and oranges. Her skin is completely unmarred by scars and blemishes, despite the multitudes of injuries she's acquired due to her lifestyle. Her eyes are a bright, ember orange, and when the surroundings are dim or dark they seem to glow with a light of their own. Voice Jasmine speaks in oddly broken Eorzean, pronouncing individual words and syllables with little discernible accent but showing much ineptitude in the usage of proper grammar. Her voice is a flat alto, rarely rising or falling in pitch during her normal methods of speech. Only when emotionally upset or incensed does her tone change, rising with her anger into a breathy shriek that brings to mind the roar of a bellows-fed forge fire. Clothing: Jasmine prefers to dress in simple, unrestrictive clothing, due to her style of fighting and personal tastes. She tends toward tight shirts and blouses that leave her arms and shoulders bare, along with shorter or flowing skirts that don't hamper the movement of her legs, and she keeps her limbs wrapped in dyed, rough leather. In the event that she does try to dress up, she seems to adore finer fabrics and some simple jewelries. Jasmine favors darker reds and other warm colors over cooler greens and blues. --- To a stranger, Jasmine can seem cold and standoffish at the best of times, and hotly hostile at the worst. Despite her savage tribal upbringing, she has developed a strong sense of propriety, and strongly dislikes when someone's actions fall outside the range of what she considers to be acceptable behavior. To her friends, Jasmine is a much warmer person, even if she rarely shows it with her face and voice. Her taciturn demeanor softens for them, to the point of being easily flustered and embarrassed, and more than a few good-natured laughs have been had at her fumbling attempts to gather the shreds of her dignity. She is a stalwart ally for her friends, hot-blooded and passionate, always willing to step in the way and suffer the slings and arrows (literally) for those she holds dear. Let it not be said that she will do so passively, though, as those who would seek to harm her friends will soon find themselves experiencing just what the deep Shroud has taught the miqo'te huntress. To her fledgling family, Jasmine is their tribemother and guardian, their shelter and provider. Left caring for six young sisters and cousins after the essential death of her tribe, Jasmine finds herself thrust into the role of Matriarch, a role that she is both determined to fill to the best of her ability and terrified that she's not good enough. Once exiled for her progressive opinions and argumentative nature, now what remains of her tribe is her life. The six children are not the only things in her world, but to her they must always come first.
