Ayana is a smallish mi'qote, generally recognized as being of the Keeper variety. If identified as such, she's not going to argue against it, though there'll be a moment of hesitation there.

She has youthful features and an almost deceptively sweet face. Her dark skin is a cool brown, contrasting with her bright hair and eyes.

Formerly worn a long braid and adorned with various pins or ribbons, her hair is a pure white and, when not confined to its braid, became a wild cascade of waves falling to her waist.

After various poor decisions, she cut off her hair, and is impatiently begging for it to grow back. Currently, it's at a shaggy shoulder-length.

The stray has a love of brightly colored, revealing costumes and excessive jewelry. While it's clear that it's mostly of low quality, she appears to have a few pieces that are well-made, likely stolen. Even with garish colors and countless accessories, she appears to have some concept of style and still looks fairly put-together.

Biography

As she'll tell it herself, Ayana was born in a secluded village. Around the age of ten, she just up and left. Some might call it "running away", but she prefers to refer to it as "an unintentional adventure". Being too young and stupid to remember its actual location and due to her inability to read maps, she has absolutely no idea how to get back and hasn't seen her family in years.

She spent a few years with a caravan of travelers, but became enamored with Ul'dah the first time she saw it, and a year or two later, left the group to go live on the streets of the magnificent city.

She presently makes a living as a street performer. Dancing, and a few more unsavory things best left to the imagination. She's been arrested a handful of times when trying to make a few gil, and since then, she's become a bit of an escape artist.

In her off time, she takes lessons from a few people in the Weaver's Guild. She's not a particularly good student, despite her honest efforts and enthusiasm.

She's luckily no longer living on the street, and instead has been staying at her new boyfriend's apartment. She can often be seen spending time around him, and he's decidedly her favorite person.

Her recent commitment would also be the reason that she won't let you touch her boobs for money anymore.
