An unruly scrag of hair - carrying a washed-out rosen hue - is shorn close for a semblance of tidiness, forelocks unnaturally gathering towards the center of his hairline. His sideburns are grown great and thick, serving to accentuate his hollow cheeks and frame his thin features. Notably, his facial hair is well-groomed and kept in the fashion of a Van Dyke beard, popular amongst certain circles. His eyes - golden and glimmering with unknown intent - are sunken and framed by dark circles, flickering to and fro in some conspiratorial paranoia. Though broad of shoulder and standing 6 fulm in full, the man's vitality is poor and ill suits his features. Some hardship or another has grown him just a tad bit too lean, every ilm of his wiry musculature showcased in a disconcerting display when caught in his underclothes. With these features carries a man with the mien of some failed hero. Scars & Markings: A scar, jagged and cruel, runs the breadth of his right cheek. Though stopping just short his lips, it gives the illusion of elongating his smile. At times it seems to have a mind its own, twisting his features into some horrid mockery of a man. In such times, his profile could be mistaken almost for the maw of a haggard beast. Voice: A hoarse and grating bark of a voice. His coarse turn of phrase and odd, roundabout verse forms a strange gutter-prose. His accent is worldly and hard to place, seemingly borrowing from all corners of Eorzea. Those of common origin would recognize, beneath the surface, roots in rural Vylbrand. Clothing: Favors neutral tones interspersed with bright colors in bold patterns. Of note are trinkets and baubles strewn about his person. Good luck charms, finery to ward away spirits, and other superstitious products. In particular is a brooch fashioned with a creature's skull, pinned to his sash - commonly found amongst Vylbrand's hamlets.
