Mentions of her past are never quite clear, primarily consisting of vague mentions of nationality and upbringing, if at all. Her name leaves plenty of questions, lacking any sort of connection to the Ishgardian birth she claims, and any claims of work are often indistinct. All signs point to the woman claiming the name of Solania le Faye to be little more than an alias - and one would be correct. While she's long since buried her true name, her new title is one given to herself upon warming the beds of noblemen and women alike. She'd been a mistress to many and a true lover to few; the words that dripped from her lips were little more than fodder to fill a cold evening. Upon the opening of the gates of Ishgard, 'Sol le Faye' took Ul'dah on, as well, climbing her way up further and further until she decided the life of a courtesan no longer fit her. It was then that she came across a dashing man of the red mages, and her story continued - no longer a courtesan with simple magics, but a spellblade with a seductive streak.
