Height: 3’2.2” Weight: Looks to be between maybe 100-110 ponz Eye Color: Crimson Hair Color: Black Marital Status: Single Base of Operations: Ul'dah Grand Company: Immortal Flames Freecompany: Driftwood Coast Guardian: Rhalgr, the Destroyer Job: Black Mage ∗Appearance∗ Illith Lith is fairly tall for a Lalafell, standing well above the average height one might find of one who originates from Thanalan. She carries herself with a studious air; her expression sharp and normally unemotive in public. An ornate tattoo traverses her countenance over her brows and eyes adding to her already stern features. In dim light her glossy red eyes shine with an almost ethereal sheen; the crimson glow giving her a phantom like appearance in the right setting. Her hair is long and jet black in color; bangs trailing either side of her face whilst the center is clasped with a silver ornament in the back to keep it in check. Both ears are pierced with small bangles, another pair situated close by of various design dependent on her tastes. The tips of her ears are also pierced with small black obsidian studs - the right one also having a small crescent like earring that appears to be made of bone or ivory of some kind. She is usually dressed in robes of one well versed in the Thaumaturgical magick arts, especially those of her appointed study, Black Mage. Sometimes she may be seen in attire suited for an Archer or Bard, but this does not last long on any given front. Dark colors seem to be her favored sort; even her Disciples of the Land and Hand professions following suit. • ∗Personality∗ Illith is an interesting individual as far as her personality is concerned. She tends to have a rather serious demeanor; though at the same time she can be fairly laid back and to the extreme, jovial. The latter is normally when in the presence of friends and cohorts that she trusts and is in good repoire. She is courteous to most strangers despite her mannerisms leading one to perceive she is of the stand offish sort. As far as her more malicious demeanor goes - a rare sight and only brought upon by extreme stress - she is volatile and relentless. Wielding her dark magick in this state is a force to be reckoned with...once upon a time it cost her something very close. What that something was or is, is another story. • ∗History∗ Illith Lith's upbringing was far from modest. In her youth, she lived in a fairly upstanding house hold; her father being one of high repute in the Thaumaturge's guild. Zarujudo was a stern and emotionless man who in turn showed little or no interest in treating Illith and her brother, Zarolith Marolith, like "normal" children. Rather, he was more under the guise that starting them early in the dark arts would be more fruitful to their well being than raising them in a setting of "coddling and gentle ((TBA)) ∗Tendencies∗ Likes . . . Friends Zachree Rowlaux - On one of her many incursions into the Black Shroud's wilderness (a place that she still has trouble remembering this way and that), Illith Lith quite literally ran into Zachree Rowlaux while hopping down from a ledge on the back of her Chocobo, Bastille. What could have turned into an explosive altercation, instead, turned into a fairly awkward, but curious kinship. Food may or may not have been involved to make the situation less strenuous...(despite the tiny portions...) After being aided by the very tall Elezen to "escape" the forest and all of its twisting "treachery"; the two made their way to Limsa Lominsa from Gridania. Illith under the guise that such a hungry individual should clearly learn the ways of the Culinary arts(fishing included!); that, and it was in turn a way to show her gratitude for the help he had so graciously given her not-so-forest-friendly self. Zachree made the offer of being a "Body guard" of sorts after leaving the Drowning Wench. A kind gesture to be sure, but one Illith was not so quick to take considering her training at the time far out weighed her tall Elezen friend. Needless to say, in an effort to make light of the situation as he took it rather hard, she made the decision to aid him as she could until they were at least on "equal" grounds. ...About as equal as Black Magic and Dragoon Lancing could be, at any rate.
