His craggy features and the subtle hobble in his long powerful stride that favors his left leg are most notable when he's approaching, followed by the glint of a sword on his hip and a lion-faced steel buckler strapped to his back. The old lion towers over most hyurs at a solid 6'7", and his frame is one built for backing the shield he favored, not the quickest of men, but solid and hard to bring to his knees. Even at his age he takes great pride in his physique, spending many long hours training when he's not actively guarding caravans or patrolling the shroud. Scars & Markings: The lion ruddy tanned skin is a tapestry of scars and marks from several long years in battle, but very rarely are they visible. On the rare occasion he's not wearing protective armor, his torso and back are landscapes of age-old wounds which never quite healed right. Most notable among the wounds are a pair of large granular scars: one at his abdomen, wrapping around his left side and a similar scar over his right lung.
