Despite her small stature, she has a commanding and confident presence. One would be forgiven for not realizing how miniscule the woman is, given her elaborate clothing and high shoes. Often described as a beauty, she is very much aware of the fact, accenting her personal looks with makeup and jewelry. Though her appearance is indeed eye grabbing, it doesn't seem to be done with a vain purpose. Instead, she is seen to be rather warm and inviting. She is never long without a cheery smile and an amiable personality. With light blonde hair and sea-blue eyes to match, she is a sort of person that is easy to approach. Scars & Markings: Serra does not seem to have seen much in the ways of combat, and for that reason she bears no scars or markings, save a rather large, fist-sized one in the middle of her shoulder blades. The skin looks stretched over and burned at the edges. She also has a single long cut in the palm of her left hand. Voice: [Sarah Bolger] Serra's voice has a slight twang to it, entirely foreign to Eorzea. Though she often attempts to adopt the refined dialect of the noble classes, her accent slips, occasionally dropping diphthongs or rhotic vowels. If indicated to her, she will immediately correct it. Clothing: Serra is often seen in incredibly restrictive or uncomfortable clothing. Making up for her lack of height, Serra is often seen in high heels and wearing a large elaborate hat.
