Defiant. Honest. Affable.

Average of height and leanly muscled, this leonine blends unassumingly through the crowds that fascinate him. A sheltered upbringing in the depths of the Sagolii desert have only nurtured a natural wanderlust and insatiable curiosity for the world that Khaz has just begun to discover. Despite a naiveté wrought by a livelihood made in the arid dunes, his adaptability and amicability have proven their worth throughout his blossoming adventures. Beggars and hapless strangers are never left to want, but beneath the kindness and sheer willingness to do good dwells a short temper and profane vocabulary.

Khaz wears his heart on his sleeve and speaks unabashedly, not unlike mismatched and expressive eyes. Chartreuse and aquamarine canopied by sable lashes and pale brows. Cropped and wheaten, a perpetually tousled mane bespeaks of a vagrant lifestyle that coincides a weathered attire befit of a huntsman. Rarely is this felid seen without his furs and leathers, and upon a toned backside an endearingly crafted bow.

C O M B A T These are activated abilities. ■ Sharpshooter. Through years of training has the art of archery been all but perfected at a young age. Coupled by a tribal technique cultivated by the Coeurl of the Sagolii, Khaz has learned to craft and enhance both bow and arrows to propel each projectile further. ■ Nimir-Raj. A beast is harbored within that recognizes neither friend nor foe when unleashed. This coeurl is abnormally intellectual and though depraved of innate paralysis abilities—this beastkin is still a force to be reckoned with. Note: The coeurl is a curse that emerges when it can no longer be contained.

P A S S I V E These are innate abilities. ■ Hawk Eyes. Sharp and diurnal supervision enables Khaz to spot targets from unfathomable distances. Through this inherent ability, he is oftentimes able to counteract an opponent’s movements with seemingly precognitive acuity. ■ Animal Insticts. Enhanced by his peculiar bestial curse, Khaz’s sensory has been amplified beyond normal miqo’te standards. Not unlike the animal within, he’s able to scent and hear keenly and moves with unusual agility. Note: Other animals regard Khaz as they would a beastkin rather than a miqo’te.

Be honest with me about the RP or any ideas you’d like to explore! OOC will always take priority over IC! Exceptions. While I’d consider myself a “mature roleplayer” there are a few exceptions and things I just won’t RP. First and foremost is ERP. Any permanent damage, be it emotional or physical, must only be done with the writer's permission, as well! Plot-Driven. I love creating storylines, especially with my RP partners! “Tavern” RP can also be fun but I’d like to build upon those foundations and really get the characters involved in some misadventure together! Lore. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve got a lot to learn about the world of Eorzea but also really enjoy adding my own flavor to the mix. Khaz comes from a small Coeurl tribe that lives in the Sagolii desert. They’re rather reclusive and an eccentric bunch surrounded by a strange rumor. They say the tribe is comprised of both miqo’te and coeurls, and that those coeurls were former tribesmen. ■ Thanalan. It wouldn’t be unlikely to stumble across Khaz almost anywhere in Thanalan. Do you need something hunted and skinned? Maybe your kitten has climbed a tree and needs saved? Did you climb a tree and now need saved? Maybe you’re just pretending to be helpless... he’d probably fall for it. ■ Ul’dah. Secret trips around Ul’dah have become a pastime for Khaz as of late. While he’s never truly ventured into the city, he frequently prowls its outskirts during solitary hunting excursions. He’s exceedingly curious about society beyond the tribe.
