Neutral Good AppearancePersonalityRelationshipsOOCCredit This Miqo’te is comprised of long, flowing lines and elegance. Everything about him is meticulously, near obsessively perfect from the silken sheen of his hair to the way his clothes hug him just so. He leaves his skin exposed above the waist, showing off soft blue-gray skin free of marks or blemishes. His face is youthful, though often neutral, carefully composed to stave off laugh-lines or crows-feet. Among his immediate abnormalities are the absence of markings natural to his kin around his eyes, and a lack of any coarse hair on his face. His hair is often found in one of two states: long and loose, reaching down to the bottom of his shoulder-blades looking as soft as silk, or tightly braided into thin rows that he pins up to keep out of his face. Despite immediate appearances, Mrin’zi is definitively male in figure and shape. The muscles that line his arms and legs are firm and his jaw, though angled, is wide-set and squared. There’s a stubbornness to the shape of him, an unyielding stance that speaks volumes. He may appear slim and beautiful, but he is not easily pushed around – physically or otherwise. His style of wardrobe varies. Most commonly he is found in dark leather pants ornamented with ties and frills that appear to serve no purpose save to accentuate the planes of hidden skin with a promise of what is to be found beneath. He is not one to approach without audible warning, his buckled boots clicking on any hard surface beneath them in a measured cadence. His top is fashionable, though minimal in nature – cashmere covering the pectorals and shoulder-blades with a white velvet hood wrapping around like a scarf. On occasion he’ll be seen with this hood up, assumedly to shield his eyes from bright sunlight. Alternatively one might catch him in more rustic wear. Less revealing, though paying homage to a tribal nature he never could seem to shake. Pelts of white or brown, patterned with the natural showings of their original owner wrap around his figure. During these times he might be caught with a bow or spear in hand, hunter’s instincts running high. Overall this Catte seems simple enough – another Courtesan roaming the streets of Ul’dah. Right? NPC Mrin'li '( ♥ ● ✖ ) ( NPC ) - Brother and Savior Rin's elder brother and closest family relative. The second male born of the Yaatau tribe, deemed strong and fit. He was twenty cycles when Rin was born, and twenty-five when he adopted Rin because the rest of the tribe had deemed the child unfit. Mrin ( ♥ ♠ ) ( NPC ) - Mother only by Blood Rin's mother was not an inherently cruel woman, though Rin struggled to forgive her. She deemed her son unfit at the age of five, and had it not been for Mrin'li, would have let Rin succumb to cold or starvation to preserve the needs of the Clan. Lastore ( ● ✖ ) ( NPC ) - An Old Man with a Kind Heart Rin's first and technically only 'Master.' Forced into slavery at sixteen, Rin was picked up by an old Nobleman who had grown lonely in his age. Though he had other servants who worked for him, he was not shy to use Rin for sexual and social needs. Additionally, he began teaching Rin how to read and write when his eyes started to go bad. He died when Rin was twenty-two, and Rin remembers him fondly. Viverelle ( ♦ ● ✔ ) ( NPC ) - Boss and Mentor After Lastore's passing, Rin's ownership was passed down to one of Lastore's loyal servants who had left his employ to pursue her own business. He had believed Rin would do well under her care, and ordered Rin to be released from his slave title and be one of Viverelle's employees. She owned a high-class Bordello catering to big-spenders. During his time there, Rin became close with those at the Bordello and learned a wide range of skills from sex to business. PC Julie Stormbough ( ♥ ♦ ✔ ) ( PC ) - The Fearless Rin's final mentor and hero. This woman accepted Rin after he left the Bordello and hired him on as one of her personal assistants. Rin spent many years alongside this woman, and thoughhe still thinks very highly of her, he concedes that she's perhaps too reckless for her own damn good. Ganvachir Qerel ( ♦ ) ( NPC ) - The Stalwart Julie's old bodyguard and a mutual friend to both. This man is very stone-faced and stoic, but he likes to make the occasional joke that catches Rin off-guard. Jorgadyn Wyrinn ( ♥ ✖ ) ( PC ) - The Flame of My Heart Rin's first love. He fell madly and deeply in love with this strong Roe after a near-death experience. He had been a scholar, and had wanderer's feet. It was during a research mission that the man's ship was attacked - no survivors were found. Rin still mourns and prays for his beloved. Savant Ameyalli ( ♥ ♥ ♦ ) ( PC ) - The Jewel of the Sands A card-reader and Courtesan whom Rin sought spiritual help from during a dark time in his life. The man's gentle heart and peaceful aura never cease to make Rin feel completely at ease, and his affection for the man is deep and strong. He is hesitant to push their relationship further, even after years his heart is still sore from its previous loss. Lur'a Murken '( ♦ ✔ ) ( PC ) - The Reckless A frustratingly loveable woman who works the streets of Ul'dah. Rin did his best not to like her, but upon seeing her desperate need for a mentor he caved in and now aims to teach her how to be a good Courtesan, while she seems to be reminding Rin about his old home at the Bordello.
