Quell's name is also strange for a Miqo'te as he explains it is more an honorific then a name that was given to him by his Ship Captain some time ago. Special Features: Quell has both the eye slits of the Sun Seekers and the teeth from the Keepers of the Moon, he may be a half breed. Voice: His voice is suave and calm. Attire: Quell has a multitude of outfits meant for proper sea travel, as he was at one point a bosun or boatswain. He prefers to wear a black wide brimmed hat that covers his eyes from the sun. Quell's grumpy exterior is usually off putting for most that he encounters, though once people get to know him better they find he is a man of honor and compassion, though he doesn't show it much.
