Her frame is petite though she has some muscle from forge work. Contrasting to a usual Xaela's appearance, she has two sets of curved horns and her tail is quite large and thick, reaching towards the floor. Her left eye is usually seen shut or covered by an eyepatch, though is not damaged but instead hiding a two iris eye. Her hair is thick and extremely long and usually has to be plaited in a large braid to keep out of her way, causing it to be quite heavy. Numei has a magitek prosthesis of her own design on her right leg, extending from mid thigh and down. Scars & Markings: At the center of her forehead is what seems to be a scar reaching from almost the hairline to the center of her brows. There is a long slashed scar across her nose extending on both cheeks. There is scarring across her neck from obvious, jagged attempts at cuts one on either side. There is a myriad of scars all over her body, the most prominent being the one on her left side, large and starburst shape. Another scar sits at the center of her chest that seems to match the one on her forehead. Voice: Harsh, still has the sounds of a teenager. Usually gets a bit shrill when she's annoyed. Clothing: Her forms of dress are usually jump suits or outfits suited for the forge. It's difficult to keep actual pants on her. Numei has a brash, no-nonsense attitude and very little patience. She has very much the sensibility of "shoot first and maybe ask a question later" which has gotten her into more than enough scuffles with other people. There are times where Numei is often quiet and reserved, simply observing those around her. Hidden Feelings/Unknown: This character has one of all the color keys above, but Name isn't fully aware of it yet. NPC Minato Ito ( ♥ ✖ ) ( NPC ) - Father Minato was Numei's adoptive father. He cared for her with the aid of his assistant Khan Qestir since she was three cycles, ripped from the Azim Steppe. Minato was heavily involved with the Doman Resistance, funding much of his own money and time into the cause. Minato kept mostly to himself, was stern yet soft when it came to Numei. He met his untimely end nearly two cycles ago. Khan Qestir ( ♥ ✔ ) ( NPC ) - Caretaker Khan is a large Xaela of the Qestir tribe that has been in Numei's life since she was adopted by Minato Ito. Given his tribe's rules, Khan never spoke. Instead he would get by through facial expressions and by bending the rules enough to write down a thought. Numei kept closer to Khan, given the pair were the only two static Xaela in Kugane, she felt a closer kinship to the man. Upon orders from Minato, Khan had arrived to Eorzean shores first and upon learning of Minato's untimely demise, hired pirates to find Numei who had been lost at sea and have her brought to a shop he had purchased. It was there that Khan aided Numei in rebuilding her life and directing her towards better deals in trade and information. Khan keeps his distance, though there is an obvious look behind the large Xaela's eyes that none can decipher. PC Lukas Madrazo ( ♥ ✔ ) ( PC ) - Idiot Numei met Lukas by sneaking into his airship that he had left unlocked on the Limsan docks and by her version of charity, ripping out parts she deemed shitty and replacing them with her own of better make. After a sort of scuffle, the pair decided to team up for business; Numei makes the weapons and Lukas sells them, her cut being a strong-armed 55%. Numei finds Lukas to be a bit dumb, though she finds him interesting enough to stick around him. Arelian Atiyeh ( ♦ ) ( PC ) - Ex Arelian Atiyeh came into Numei's life first as her apprentice. They had met through shady dealings and upon learning Numei's skill, Arelian had made a request to learn under her. It hardly came to fruition. The pair were separated for a few months until Arelian suddenly returned missing an arm. It was then on that the older man would continue to come around simply for Numei's company. Through a unexpected, intoxicated one night-stand, the pair came together and eventually formed a relationship. Numei and Arelian had been together for a year before they finally decided to part ways from each other. Cohno'ra Vukoja ( ♥) ( PC ) - A Beloved Brother Numei met Cohno'ra through the whispered word of those in Arelian's company. Seeking out the Keeper for drugs, the pair continued to speak and the man later approached her for a business deal. Through continued stolen moments clouded in mokograss smoke and quiet conversation, Conor has become quite important to Numei being the only other person she has ever come to love, though platonically. She would defend the Keeper with every bit of power in her. Zevet Jharaji ( ♥ ) ( PC ) - Doctor Zevet Jharaji means a lot to Numei. He is Conor's beloved partner and someone who has gone through much to keep Numei well when it comes to her leg. The man has been a much needed new father-figure in her life that she can genuinely have fun with. She sees him as one of the most beautiful Seekers she has ever laid eyes upon, enjoys his beautiful paints he wears on a daily basis and loves nothing more than admiring him in general.
