He has a slender build for the most part, carrying most of his muscle in his lower half. He has wide hips, and thick legs, giving him a more feminine appearance. This femininity is only accentuated by his smooth complexion, dainty facial features and long hair. His eyes are a vivid ruby color, appearing crimson in some lights which are one of his most prominent features, a distinction he inherited from his father. His hair is an ivory shade of white, almost a very pale blonde, which rusts at the tips. He usually styles his hair in a high ponytail, which falls to his shoulders, with sharp bangs partially covering the left side of his face. When his hair is down, it's length reaches approximately to his mid-back. Haize isn't one to shy away from cosmetics. He is often seen with light make up to accentuate his features. Face claim Scars & Markings: Haize has the typical Miqo'te eye marks for his assigned sex, though has been known to cover these up with make-up when wanting to feel more feminine. Aside from that however, Haize is free of any other traditional Miqo'te markings one might expect. In addition to this, Haize has a small scar on his right cheek, about 2 ilms long. He was gifted this scar by a particularly aggressive bear, though is incredibly lucky no further damage was done. Voice: Haize's voice is always laced with sarcasm. He's known to curse a fair amount too. In a juxtaposition to his mannerisms, Haize's voice is actually very soft and gentle. His voice flows with peaks and troughs, and is never monotonous. He speaks with passion. Voice claim Clothing: Haize is incredibly body positive, which is shown in his fashion sense. His favourite asset he likes to show off are his legs, and wears clothing which draws attention to them. Haize often wears revealing clothes most of the time, though knows when to dial it back and dress more conservative when in the presence of those he looks up to and respects. When he's not showing his ass to all of Eorzea, Haize likes to wear outfits that show his status. He is often seen with a brooch of his family's crest on his body. His favourite colours are white, black and gold, and can be seen wearing these colours most often. Haize can always be seen with an emerald, silk ribbon wrapped around the tip of his tail, with a silver bell tied around the fabric. This was given to him as a parting gift by his half sister when he left for Limsa Lominsa and has kept it on his person ever since. Being raised in such a prestigious environment, it's no surprise that Haize can come off as a little.. elitist. This isn't completely out of malicious intent though, partially it's because he genuinely doesn't understand not having a wealthy upbringing. To describe him in a word, Haize is sheltered. He is snobby, snarky and sarcastic. At least to strangers. Once some walls are broken down, it is revealed that the Miqo'te has quite the generous streak, and is caring for the few he holds dear. He has a voracious appetite for learning, and absolutely adores all forms of magic. The two got off to an admittedly rocky start. Haize being Ur're's only son left very high expectations placed upon Haize's shoulders. None of which he seemed to follow through with. Ur're's idea of a perfect son was a strong, sword wielding warrior. courageous and strong with a gorgeous trophy wife. Haize, being a genderfluid mage with little physical prowess whom is significantly more interested in men than women obviously caused friction between the two. Once Haize hit adulthood, the two talked it out and made steps to work towards a healthier relationship. Ur're loves his only son no matter what, though doesn't quite understand everything about him. The most important step going forward, is that Ur're is willing to learn, listen and accept his son's lifestyle. Curtana Houden nee Darling (♥) ( NPC ) - Mother Curtana is somewhat of a gold digger. She loves her husband, surely so, but she'd be lying if she said money wasn't originally what attracted her to him. She tries her best to be a mother, really, she does, but it seems maternal instincts are lost on the woman. Though she adores her children, she treats them more like friends than her responsibility. Luckily her financial position allowed Nannies to step in when Curtana failed to be there. Haize by no means holds a grudge against his mothers free spirited nature. He cherishes and respects her endlessly, and is grateful for her presence. Haizea inherited his magical aptitude from his mother, who, prior to her offspring was a most gifted White Mage. Tiramisu Loplaine (♥♥♥) ( NPC ) - Bunny Boy Tiramisu, or 'Tirra' for short, is a Viera & retainer for a wealthy Ivalician family. The two met in Kugane & Haize was instantly interested. He'd never seen a Viera before, especially not one quite so handsome. There's a huge juxtaposition between Haize & his fiancé. Where Haize is sour and a little prickly, Tirra is warm, friendly and comforting. He is a top baker & chef, and rather domestic. He has a thick Australian ((or, the Eorzean equivalent?)) accent, which reduces Haize to a puddle. They are very much in love & Tirra really is the positive force Haize needs in his life. K'rhid Tia (♦✔) ( NPC ) - 'Mentor' Haizea somehow managed to track down the elusive Arcanist Guildmaster, and after much incessant nagging, was finally taken under K'hrid's wings, despite his disinterest. Though, truth be told, the man saw a lot of himself in young Haizea, and held a bit of a soft spot for the boy. Haize uses the term Mentor loosely. K'rhid's methods of 'teaching' were very much 'here is a task, now leave me in peace.' Still, Haize didn't mind. He loved the hands on approach to Arcanism, and this method of teaching suited him well. Much more than the boring lectures he sat through during his time at the Studium. The two bonded well over their love for studying, and peace & quiet with nothing but a good book. In fact, Haize spent many a day in La Noscea soaking up the sun and enjoying a good read in the silent company of his mentor, who was most likely doing the same. As Haize got older, the two grew quite a witty back and forth, and had playful banter between them. Once Haize completed his studies, K'hrid admittedly missed the little arsewipe, even if he was a stuck up pain in the side. The two still keep in touch now and then, and remain on good terms. PC Pyrrha Devolt (♥♥) ( PC ) - Soft Touch Pyrrha is Haizea's first friend since his migration to Eorzea. Probably even his first friend prior to migrating, too. He was originally enthralled by her ivory scales. Growing up in Old Sharlayan, Haizea had never seen an Au Ra, or if he had, especially not one of her beauty. As the two grew up, their relationship developed into more of a romantic one, and while they are no longer together, the love is still there. The two are very close with each other, and Pyrrha tends to balance out Haize's foolhardiness, reigning him in a little when he becomes volatile.Being the magic fanatic that he is, Haize took up some lessons alongside Pyrrha's White Magic training and picked up a few conjury spells along the way. E'Nohx Tyaka (♠♦♥) ( PC ) - Drunken Bastard Haize and Nox clash heads a lot. They're both loudmouthed, headstrong and incredibly stubborn, It doesn't make for a good mix. Poor Pyrrha has to deal with these two headache's on a regular basis. That's not to say Haize doesn't enjoy their dynamic, however. Nox's flirtatious banter is always welcome and Haize makes sure to give it back in handfuls. Once the two get going, you can cut the sexual tension with a knife. Once E'Nohx's father passed, their relationship shifted. Haize accompanied Nox on his Astrologian training and the two bonded remarkably well. They became friendly than either of them had anticipated, and remain close to this day. They still have arguments a lot, but this time with higher spirits.
