General Information ❝ Quote. ❞ Appearance Hair & Eyes Her hair is a soft lavender color with darker purple highlights and bob cut with long sweeping bangs. Her bangs cover her left eye almost completely. Upon closer look one may notice that her left eye is motionless and milky white in color, causing it to be in deep contrast to her lively violet right eye. Physique & Markings Suki is of average height and build for a female Au Ra. She also carries the pale scale markings of a true Raen Au Ra. Attire Often seen wearing more traditional clothing of her home city Sui-no-Sato. Since recently moving to Shirogane, sometimes she can also be seen wearing something a kin to Doman style fashion. She is also not one to bring too much attention to herself. So she leans towards a more conservative look, not liking the extra attention showing much skin would give. Personality Psychological Profile She is very kind, caring, and compassionate. Suki can come off as shy and nervous at first, but her determination and stubbornness to improve her self always seems to shine through in the end. Voice Suki has a soft spoken, kind, and youthful voice. Philosophy & Religion Suki is a very open minded sort. She never really had strong beliefs of her own but enjoys learning about and even participating in other’s beliefs. She is always taking on that explorer’s heart of hers in all matters, including religion and philosophies. Combat, Abilities & Weaponry Basic Combat Information Suki is skilled and a natural at the art of arcanima. In using the nature of aether in mathematical terms to form arcane geometries and patterns in order to manipulate aetheric energy to produce spells. With the use of her grimoire and abilities as a arcanist she is able to poison and inflict severe harm to others. She also uses inscribed crystals with geometric shapes to summon her topaz carbuncle. Suki being used to living underwater had a hard time in hand to hand combat on land so resorts to sticking with arcanima and having a carbuncle that can get out into the thick of things instead. History Suki Doshiro is from Sui-no-Sato, a peaceful city the Raen created deep under the depths of The Ruby Sea. Though the city was a secluded sanctuary, Suki craved for adventure instead. She grew up hearing stories of the murderous pirates and violent wars being forged at the surface of the waters but none of this caused her the kind of fear to want to truly avoid it. Suki was always rebellious and stubborn in her efforts to explore growing up. Often times she would venture out of the city against her family’s wishes. Eventually she started to visit the Kojin named Inban. She had known him from his visits to Sui-no-Sato as a merchant. Inban was a curiosity to her because he was an avid collector of ancient tomes, tomes that could possibly help her understand the outside world. Through his kindness towards her upon getting to know the little determined Raen, he began teaching her many things. Inban became like a father and true mentor as she grew up. Then one day a crate filled with tomes fell from a ship above into the depths of the Ruby Seas and Suki found it while exploring. The tomes were filled with knowledge about how to practice being an Arcanist. Suki felt as though the magick she could learn through the tomes could be her ticket to journeying into foreign lands. She quickly delved deep into learning all of the knowledge they contained. Eventually she taught herself to use much of it. Eventually, she tried some more powerful advance arcanima which ended up hurting her and leaving her left eye so damaged it was rendered completely blind. She hides milky white blind eye with her long bangs. But though kept hidden, she saw it as a sign that she needed further teaching at something like the Arcanist Guilds the books spoke of. With the new powers of an Arcanist and a Topaz Carbuncle named Piku now at her side, she felt she was strong enough to venture out on her own in search of a Guild. It was a bitter sweet moment leaving her mentor that she considered family behind though. But he supported her decision and gifted a necklace with a red coral charm that she treasures and a striped ray aptly named Bubbles. Suki more recently found the Arcanist Guild in Limsa where she was finally able to solidify her abilities.
