Physique & Markings Rengis is very tall for an Au Ra, reaching a height that is rarely seen for the female individuals of her race. Due to her military taining she is quite physically fit and surprisingly strong . Hygiene & Attire She doesn't enjoy being in contact with water but she forces herself to clean herself regularly. She is always seen wearing dark clothing as she dislikes white clothes and bright colors. . Personality Psychological Profile Rengis acts cold and distant but is actually quite irascible and very easily angered. She is tomboyish and quickly resorts to violence when angered . Philosophy & Mannerisms Rengis is pessimistic but sees herself as realistic but that doesn't stop her from fighting for her convictions and beliefs even if they seem hopeless. History . Disclaimer: . Sixth Astral Era Childhood Rengis was found as a baby by a small Xaela tribe that lived peacefully near the border to Ilsabard in a devastated camp. Due to their sense of obligation and seeing an opportunity in this child they took her with them.As she grew up she had never been showed any love from her tribe except from her 'brother', the son of her caretakers. When she was 8, Garlemald invaded the border and conquered their tribe since they were close to them. Since Rengis was only a mere slave to the tribe, and Garlemald was conscribing young children in order to train them into soldiers, her caretakers sold Rengis to the empire. Rengis' brother was the only person that protested against their decision and was killed by the Gareleans in front of her for defying them.As she grew up among the Garleans, Rengis was trained and tortured in order to make an obedient soldier out of her but she kept a grudge inside her against both her former tribe and the Garleans. Seventh Umbral Era Adulthood During the Seventh Umbral Calamity, while she was only 15, Rengis participated she took the opprotunity caused by the chaos of the battle to desert the Garlean army, killing dozens of soldiers during the battle and fleeing to Mor Dhona where she lived for the next years, learning how to become an adventurer before leaving and traveling around the world. Once Rengis learned how to be the perfect adventurer in Mor Dhona, she then decided to work as a mercenary and travel the world, killing all the Garleans she encounters and collecting information about the tribe she lived in as a child in order to make all of them pay for what they did to her and avenge her brother, hoping to finally find peace. In Recent Times Moving Forward She also bought a house in Limsa even though she never goes there, only residing at inns but one day once she has finally found a reason to settle down she plans to live there peacefully .
