T'yrus, often called Ty by those close to him, is a Miqo'te born in the deserts of the Sagolii. Once a member of the Condor Tribe in Southern Thanalan, T'yrus was taken into the hands of the coliseum and trained in the Bloodsands. A successful gladiator for several years under nicknames like, "The Sagolii Condor," "Sword of the Sands," "T'yrus the Great," and "The Sagolii Nightmare," T'yrus retired not long before the calamity. Now what most would consider a full-time adventurer, T'yrus leads a life that he had never been given: a life of freedom. Though nothing remains of his former tribe (to his knowledge), he still keeps many traditions alive. He is typically found roaming Ul'dah and the surrounding territories of Thanalan, but appears to have some tie to Limsa Lominsa as well.

Basic Info

Likes

Friendly conversation, meeting new people, making acquaintances with unique individuals and potential business partners.
Stimulants. Though he won’t admit it, T’yrus is what some might consider a borderline drug addict. A habit that was created some years ago to numb the pain of fighting, T’yrus frequently intakes what most know as somnus, a rather addicting hallucinogen that has circulated Eorzea.
The finer things in life. After living in squalor for a portion of his formative years, T’yrus often indulges in things he would have never had the gil for years ago. Whether it be fine silks and cloths, exquisite meals, or women, T’yrus attempts to live a life he always wished for. This is, perhaps, why he’s always looking to make some gil so long as his morals are not compromised in doing so.

Dislikes

Amalj’aa, and most beastmen tribes in general. T’yrus has faced a myriad of threats in his life; both as a youngling on the sands of Southern Thanalan, and on the Bloodsands of the Coliseum. He shares no love for most beasts, and often makes a show of dispatching of them if given the opportunity.
Cowards, for lack of a more polite term. While a free paladin and an individual that will defend those that cannot defend themselves, T’yrus loathes those that can defend themselves, but refuse to out of cowardice.
Complacency. With a short attention span and an occasional flare for dramatics, T’yrus hates remaining in one place for too long. If an individual is boring him, he will make it known through words or actions.

Relations/Persons of Interest

Romantic Interest     Platonic Love      Good Standing     Poor Standing

B’trix Niji is an acquaintance made in La Noscea during T'yrus' travels, and a potential business connection. The two appear to get along well, and have a politely flirtatious friendship in nature. B’trix intends to introduce T’yrus to the proprietor of the company she works for, Ange’a Si’dereal, to perhaps connect the two professionally.
Arae'sae Evlo is an acquaintance made during a trip to the Twelveswood. The two met by happenstance while wandering in the city of Gridania, and spent time regaling one another interesting stories. They appear to be cut from different cloths, but very similar in certain aspects. When T’yrus returns to Gridania next, the two have agreed to meet and share further stories.
Nhdava’a Lbaaloh is a Miqo’te, and a Keeper of the Moon. A bard by trade, the man appears to be a mute. It is unclear how he and T’yrus came to be friends, but the two seem to have a very friendly, amiable relationship. When the two are together, T’yrus almost certainly serves as a mouthpiece for the silent artist. Rumor has it that he's written several songs about T'yrus' exploits in the bloodsands.
N'aindee Kae is a recent acquaintance of T'yrus. The two met in Ul'dah and appear to have some chemistry - which included a short-lived fling. The two are rather flirtatious toward one another, but appear to be good friends. Her penchant for surrounding herself with Elezen seems to annoy T'yrus to some degree, but he is quite patient with those that he is fond of.
Kahli D'naar is a young Miqo'te Keeper that T'yrus happened upon in Ul'dah. At odds with everyone, it seems, Kahli is a handful to deal with at times - much to the amusement of T'yrus. The two seem to get along well enough, and T'yrus seems quite keen on providing her with as much advice as possible. Though their friendship is just beginning, he appears to regard her in the same way that an older brother would a younger sister.
Meyla Sarka is a very intriguing individual that T'yrus came upon by chance. Though she appears quite aloof, T'yrus is interested in learning more about her - and potentially training her in what he knows about hand-to-hand combat, considering the issues that she detailed to him.
