In general, Fran is an introvert who offers little about herself. She is somewhat transient in personal relationships, with a tendency to drift between people as goals and circumstances shift. Conversely, it is a (limited) sense of community and companionship that she generally strives for; senses which persisted during deaths experienced through the ages long Ishgardian-Dravanian attrition and the desensitization necessary to perform medical operations. One could even call them ideals.
Despite this, many who know Fran in the present would assign words like 'Kindly' or 'Softhearted', and find her awkward communication endearing. Some would also note an occasional depressive streak. There is a strong divide between Fran's demeanor and her capability, which is often underestimated. She often finds herself flipping between formalities and terms like 'dear' from a confused relation to others. Left disenfranchised from the city of her birth, her goal seems to be remaining occupied at all times with the wellbeing of others. Though recently, there has been a shift towards taking more personal time.
