Appearance: Mhastoum stands proud and tall over his Free Company, often seen with his hands on his hips, chest proudly puffed out. Usually, he can be seen in midnight blue gauntlets and greaves paired with blue-and-grey shawl and loincloth. Adorned with the typical paladin coronet to demonstrate his job, the Roegadyn's oddly-wrinkled face and greyed hair shows age beyond his years. A swipe of dark grey warpaint lines the underside his right eye, more for show than anything practical. Ninety-nine percent of the time, Mhastoum will be seen carrying himself with force and verve, marching determinedly to where he needs to be, be it an urgent meeting or tea and cakes with friends.

History

Mhastoum spent most of his young life in Limsa Lominsa working under his father as a fisherman. For reasons he prefers not to disclose, he left the pirate capital as a adventurer for places unknown. In time, he ended up in Ul'dah. This is where he chooses to be stationed until he decides to move on. He staunchly refuses to return to Limsa.

Personality

Quiet. Shy. Reserved. Modest. None of these words describe the bombastic nature of Mhastoum Greinsyn. Bold, brash and ready for action, this Roegadyn is ready to do whatever it takes in the name of exploration, glory and friendship! No matter who or what you are, you will not escape the companionship of this stalwart Sea Wolf once you've struck up conversation. Unless you threaten the sanctity of his precious Gullwings, of course, then things are going to sour real fast. To the average person, however, Mhastoum might come off as a little too eager or forward. His attitude might even seem a caricature of heroes of legend rather than how someone might actually act.

Friendships and Other Relations

First and foremost, Mhastoum is allied with The Gullwings. This is where his full loyalty and dedication lies. He is also technically allied with Ul'dah by proxy of citizenship, but his allegiance is undoubtedly with his Free Company.

Aran'sae Dia: A fellow Gullwing; Aran'sae and Mhastoum do not know each other particularly well. Beat up some hornets for him once.

Yuyuni Yuni: Another fellow Gullwing. Also has not talked with much yet.

Ivetta Greysteele: Another fellow Gullwing. Knocked over her lumber once.

Mipije Papije: They share a thirst for knowledge and exploration, it seems they get along rather well!

Nunh X'vett Nunh: Apparently accosted Aran'sae in a crowd once, but the whole thing was a misunderstanding. A few choice words back and forth, and now the two have made up.

Razh X'nala Razh: Bumped into once and offered a fish his friend found in a rock. There's some semblance of a kinship between them now. Some strange form of forehead-fist bumping now serves as their greeting.

Mhastoum is still a new character RP-wise, so he might be a little rough around the edges until he gets more time to define himself. Please bear with him!
