Unknown AppearancePersonalityRelationshipsRumorsStoriesOOCCredit There isn’t much that stands out to Pentral appearance-wise: she has blonde hair she claims to be "typical of any old Hyur", dark brown eyes, and slightly tanned skin from spending many a day out in the sun. Her only real defining feature seems to be the beauty mark underneath her left eye, but she isn’t bothered by that at all. With the situations she ends up in, being plain often benefits her. Scars & Markings: A few scars mar her back, a testament to her early life on the seas. Besides that she has nothing else, save for the aforementioned beauty mark just below her left eye. Voice: Pentral’s ‘normal’ voice is very clearly one of someone who doesn’t know what an inside voice is, or what the meaning of ‘pottymouth’ is. She is prone to cursing enough for anybody to mark her as a woman of the sea, and her accent is quite noticeable (akin to Scottish). Years of practiced restraint and voice training has allowed her to adopt a more refined voice, one she uses with all she first meets, and many of her acquaintances afterwards. It’s a voice one can compare to that of any learned scholar’s, but it’s merely a facade that is easily broken when she’s annoyed or riled up- the former of which happens fairly frequently. Clothing: Pentral’s wardrobe is diverse, given her line of work and her own personal pursuits. Clothes typical to any pirate can be seen on her person at any point in time, as well as the robes of mages, the clothing of engineers, business attire, cultural outfits, etc. She prefers blues of all shades, but definitely leans more towards the darker variety. Although the style of her outfits are ever-changing, she seems to be very particular about making sure she is showing off a specific amount of skin- if asked, she'll go on a tangent about sun tans. Although she seems to leer at most people, Pentral is a very approachable person. She’s been talkative for as long as she’s been breathing- but she will often not waste her time with strangers if all that is to be had is idle chatter. Despite this off-putting fact Pentral usually never passes on a chance to meet new people, as a lengthy life on the seas has made her less acquainted with academia and pursuits than she’d like to be; her thirst for knowledge is as vast as her love for sailing, and she still has much to learn! Growing up caught between an adoptive father who took the role of ‘pirate captain’ seriously and crew mates who were every bit as jovial and rowdy as tales made them out to be, Pentral can often fluctuate between ‘no-nonsense’ and ‘dirty-mouthed jokester’ in the blink of an eye with those she’s close with. It’s apparent that, when acting ‘normally’, she’s conflicted in the way she should act due to her upbringing...but that doesn’t seem to bother her. At least, not as much as being a Miqo'te does.
