Very small, even for a Xaela woman, her tiny stature and rather slim build caused her to be considered very low born. In spite of this, she tries her best to be social. She considers herself very low on a social totem pole, and is generally avoidant of real work, being from a very aristocratic tribe. She is hardly street-smart, which sometimes gets her into trouble, though despite barely scraping by financially, she never keeps valuables on her person. She also collects knives, swords, and other main-blade weapons, but she never keeps one on her, aside from the occasional dagger in her boot. She is fascinated by weaponry, but is uneasy around violence, creating a somewhat contradictory situation considering her obsessions. She is also avoidant from magic and aetheric manipulation, the very use of strong magicks near her often making her feel ill or light-headed. Aether travel and teleportation have been known to make her very sick. Scars & Markings: Generally spotless, aside from her more amphibian-looking scales. Upon visual inspection, one might think her scales look almost slimy due to their sheen, even though they are not. Voice: Chipper, but soft-spoken, sometimes more towards stuttering and nervous when flustered. Clothing: Conservative, if revealing at times. She often tries to hide her unique scale patterns. Height: 4'2" (About 7 inches shorter than represented in-game) Plot Hooks: She seems very uneasy around anyone she thinks might be a magic user. Or anyone who moves aether about. She's also quickly accepting of those around her, and has a tendency to stare at passersby. --- Shigi is very helpful and carefree, oftentimes offering help to others in a very naive and self-sacrificing way. Whether she is actually naive or simply has no true sense of self-preservation with other people is often the concept that brings itself into question. Given her upbringing, she does have a tendency to be overly enamoured by status, though her thoughts on what makes an Eorzean high-class or high-standing can sometimes be a bit skewed. Being from the Horo tribe, who value a gluttonous nature as a sign of status, when faced with sweets and fatty foods, she has a tendency to be overly obsessive, devouring offered food without much question. This has gotten her in trouble, both from eating food that isn't hers, and from eating food that wasn't entirely edible under the guise of being 'fattening'. She also tends to drink in excess, very rarely ending a night of drinking anything short of passed out.
