Appearance

At a glance, Emadra is obviously different compared to other Miqo's; She is rather curvaceous, for one, and also tall for a female Miqo'te. She always has one earring in her left ear that dangles, with two red beads and a yellow feather at the end of a rope-like string. Emadra typically appears well groomed, with her nails, tail and hair always seeming close to perfect; since being a chocobo rancher can make you a little stinky, she also tends to keep some sort of fragrance with her that is very feminine and floral, which tends to overpower the chocobo stench.

Her eyes are bright golden amber in color, with long lashes to frame them. Her hair is typically a natural red-auburn color, but as of now it is now a deep forest green, due to some unknown causes. It is now long, instead of short; reaching her mid back in length, and has many layers. Her face and arms seem to have green veins in them, that move to the touch, and sometimes move on their own; they so happen to resemble vines.

She has a wonderful voice, that can hit almost any note; though she's very shy when it comes to singing, but as long as she has loved ones around her, the nervousness disappears. Emadra also carries an accent that seems influenced by country-folk from long ago in Gridania.

History

No one knows about Emadra's true past. She tends to keep the past in the past, no matter the situation.

Emadra grew up in a secluded village located in the Black Shroud, where her and her family raised and took care of various wild life, but specifically, chocobos. Her father was a great influence to her, known as one of the best chocobo riders in the whole village. After what seemed to be a very short few years of life, Emadra started to study all sorts of things, but especially White Magic. There was an elder within her village that taught her almost everything she knew about healing, and one day, she taught Emadra how to heal things using the earth's power itself. Soon Emadra learned how to take energy from the trees, the flowers, and more. Hereafter, in Emadra's teenage years, her village was suddenly attacked by a force she did not know of til' later in her life. (The Green Wrath) The trees and roots of the earth in the Shroud raised up against her village, and killed everyone she knew and loved. It caused fires to spread from oils and campfires around it, and Emadra barely survived. Someone saved her; but all she remembers is being pulled out of the fire, and somehow winding up in Gridania.

Emadra went back to the location of her old village in later years, only to find that it was still dead in the area from all of the fire. No grass, no trees, no anything. She found a steel door of some sort in the ground, and kicked it open, finding a secret stash to her father's old alcohol recipe, and lots of it, filled in mason jars; which now she saves for special people, or friends, and let's them drink it. She mostly does this for fun, giggling at how drunk everyone gets from just a few sips.

Personality

Seems like everyday may be sunny and beautiful, being around Emadra, that is. She's got some sort of aura that just makes people happy through her happiness. Emadra is very happy-go-lucky, but when the going gets tough, she can become serious in a split second. It's not hard to read her because of this. If something is wrong, it's hardly not noticeable. One might think it as a downfall, but Emadra is extremely protective of anyone she cares for; including anyone in The Order of the Sword and Rose, even if they are new to the Order and she barely knows them.

Emadra and the Green Wrath

Now, after many years of research, Emadra has decided to search for the deep dark secrets behind the Green Wrath; but who knows what will happen. It destroyed her life, killed her family and friends, and that's all she cares about. She wants to find out what caused all of this chaos in her life, and plans on getting rid of it, no matter what it takes...
