Started out as a young cellar worker in Wineport when she was in her early teens, has stuck with the knowledge since then. Runs a small tasting room out of her home in Limsa Lominsa. ■ Theater. Soon after her run as a tavern girl, Feldrael ran with a small theater troupe for a number of years. On occasion, tries to write her own small plays but nothing's yet gotten off the ground. ■ Camaraderie. As soon as she was age, she enlisted with the Maelstrom in her parents footsteps. A near life long military career has followed. Dislikes ■ Piracy/thieves. Raised by a proud pirate hunter, a distaste of the practice has brewed in her for near her entire life. She is not one to let such crimes go answered, which has helped her climb the Maelstrom ranks over her career. ■ Overt sexuality. Feldrael's arms and legs are quite toned due to her proficiency of combat using the lance. Her hair is short, two tones of gray. Skin tone is somewhere between marble and light blue soap color. A small amber gem tattoo rests between her green eyes, and a dark blue pattern paints her face. Eyebrows are untrimmed, but naturally grow pretty thin. Hair on her armpits are regularly trimmed, and her pubic region is left to grow. B-cup breast size. Various small scars on her cheek and nose, as well as various small ones on her hands, shins, and forearms. Lips are a dark blue. Taught Feldrael much about the winemaking process as she grew up in Wineport, almost taking the roll of a father figure. Shamani's keen sense of taste helped her hone the finer points of winemaking and, greatly shaped her future in that field. Wilfmoen Nortstyrmsyn ( ♥ ) ( NPC ) - Older Brother About 4 years older than Feldrael, Wilfmoen works as a merchant marine on civilian vessels. Several years before their mother passed, Wilfmoen was shipwrecked on a rural island far to the southwest of La Noscea, only to return with one other of the crew after 2 years of solitude. In the time he was castaway, their mother fell ill, and she died soon after he returned. Rarely does he find his way back to land, spending long stretches of time on the sea. When, however, he does return, Feldrael is certain to make time to try and make him feel at home, despite his closed-off behaviors. Eyriswys Nortstyrmwyn ( ♥ ✖) ( NPC ) - Mother Feldrael always knew her mother as more of a commander than a mom. Having never known her father, as he died before Feldrael was born, she learned almost everything from her mother. Often, Feldrael looks back at her mother with some contempt. She was not what most would call a kind woman, but she genuinely believed it the right way to raise her children in a changing, dangerous world. She died a few years before the Calamity, still active in the Maelstrom until her last day. Received a burial at sea. Ahldsyng Nortstyrmsyn ( ♥) ( NPC ) - Maternal Grandfather Lives in a rural area of the Black Shroud, and, much like his daughter, quite a hardass. One of Feld's few known family members in Eorzea. Feld attempts to take care of him in his old age, but he rejects most attempts of assistance, wanting to rely on his own wits. Despite this, the sickly old man on occasion welcomes the visits as long as they're kept brief. PC Rhetzedyr Guldarensyn ( ♦ ✔ ? ) - Close friend, business partner. Co-founder of the Elytra Concord, along side Feld and a small number of others. The two of them are new in life friends, but close non-the-less. Feldrael sees him as a very socially wise and experienced individual, and conveys in him a level of trust that isn't too common from her. She's confident in his business abilities, as well as one to vent her problems to. She has jokingly gone on record of calling him "husband material". Zoktai Kha ( ✔ ♦) - Friend, former employer. Feldrael worked for a very short time for Zoktai, providing security and occasionally tending bar in Zetsobou Tavern. However, she still serves as an bodyguard for him and his employees on occasion, as well as a courier if time allots.
