− | Taking up the reigns of the Black Mage; she feels a kindred sensation with the dark magick...it making her feel like she has control during a very questionable time in her life. It is around this time she leaves home without a word. Traveling with a close companion, Czarara Ra, the two heading off to study and explore the realm; all the while Illith attempting to come to terms with her own personal demons. The black magick is the escape she needs. | + | Taking up the reigns of the Black Mage; she feels a kindred sensation with the dark magick...it making her feel like she has control during a very questionable time in her life. − | When the Calamity struck, she and Czarara Ra enlisted to aid the Immortal Flames more or less a "Test" to determine their prowess in the black arts. Due to an accident caused by a sudden emotional out burst during the fray (most likely due to pent up emotions of previous years) Illith was left with a vacant memory of what transpired. She only remembers awakening to fire and carnage with Czarara close at hand with a twisted grin on her features. With what little memory she has recollected and was fed to her by Czarara (the only one with her when the explosion happened), Illith could only assume the worst. She had done something terrible. Whatever happened however, was grievous enough to instill a fear in those who witnessed it.

− | | |
− | Feeling a lingering sense of guilt and distrust for her companion, Illith Lith took her leave soon after. Her memory is still fragmented and at times, she feels the situation at the battle of Carteneau didn't even transpire for her. As if it didn't even happen there at all...rather, she was somewhere else entirely; a place she can't remember. Sometimes, she feels as if the memory of the battle was a figment planted to cover up something else...Czarara being the only one left who may be able to shed some light, considering it was she that Illith last saw and woke up too afterwards.

− | | |
− | The sensation that great power of malicious intent was used, however, has not wavered. Whatever did actually happen, she is left knowing SHE did it, no matter the circumstances. In her youth, her father did remark her power gleamed exceptional...mayhap whatever it was biding its time finally struck out in a fever pitch. To this day, she still doubts the integrity of the complete story. Czarara herself Illith has not made contact with after the fact; feeling a very negative conjecture with the Lalafell when ever memory serves.

− | | |
− | Illith has been for the most part trying to piece together what bits of her memory she has locked away in her head, for better or for worse.
| |
− | | |
− | | |
− | For now, she continues her studies; traveling and adventuring. She is not sure what has happened to her family; keeping mostly to herself during her travels out in Eorzea.
| |
− | | |
− | | |
− | Even under the guise of a free company, she tends to be a little wary towards others even if she seems to have a rather open demeanor when first made contact with. That is, if one is able to get past her rather cold set demeanor. Something she gleaned from her father, perhaps.

− | Current notation: No longer just considered a close friend; Illith Lith and Zachree Rowlaux have become far more bound than the two had originally ever intended. Still a surprise to some; and perhaps even more shocking, the two are now engaged in a very serious relationship. After recent events in the last few months; it has also come to light they are expecting as well. Both are happy; and despite their major differences between race and in mannerisms, the two very much are smitten with the events.

− | Previous entry regarding Mister Rowlaux: On one of her many incursions into the Black Shroud's wilderness (a place that she still has trouble remembering this way and that), Illith Lith quite literally ran into Zachree Rowlaux while hopping down from a ledge on the back of her Chocobo, Bastille.

− | Food may or may not have been involved to make the situation less strenuous...(despite the tiny portions...)

− | | |
− | After being aided by the very tall Elezen to "escape" the forest and all of its twisting "treachery"; the two made their way to Limsa Lominsa from Gridania. Illith under the guise that such a hungry individual should clearly learn the ways of the Culinary arts(fishing included!); that, and it was in turn a way to show her gratitude for the help he had so graciously given her not-so-forest-friendly self.

− | Zachree made the offer of being a "Body guard" of sorts after leaving the [[Drowning Wench]]. A kind gesture to be sure, but one Illith was not so quick to take considering her training at the time far out weighed her tall Elezen friend. Needless to say, in an effort to make light of the situation as he took it rather hard, she made the decision to aid him as she could until they were at least on "equal" grounds.

− | ...About as equal as Black Magic and Dragoon Lancing could be, at any rate. One cannot help to have a preference for magic, to be sure.
