No stranger to loss, Lupus lost his parents to a Garlean ambush whilst attempting to transport arms to Confederate forces. With the loss of his parents, Lupus Maxius doubled down on his efforts to continue the family legacy while working the fisheries in Limsa Lominsa. As soon as he was able, Lupus joined the Maelstrom and quickly climbed the ranks. At the age of 26, Lupus attained the rank of First Lieutenant and became responsible for overlooking cargo logs of import ships entering Limsa Lominsa. Lupus Maxius has earned a reputation within the Maelstrom as not only a fine Provisioner, but quickly on the way to becoming a Master Fisher. His passion for fishing has led to the creation of a profitable fish business, which provides goods to the wealthy elite of Kugane, Ishgard and various restaurants.
