The daughter of two Moks Xaela, she was raised first as a Dalamiq, then Adarkim; Arulaq, then Borlaaq, then Kagon. When the woman finally tired of migrating from tribe to tribe, name to name, story to story, she fled the plains of Othard for its further-Eastern valleys. Settling in Yanxia, Nel joined a small community of storyless exiles, outsiders and runaways. She learned many things from this mixed bag of companions-- from writing, to fishing, to making wine-- but grew especially close to an elderly Doman woman, who became a sort of maternal figure. When her 'mother' died of age, Nel resumed her former Kagon identity and set forward once more, this time across the seas to the West. Not much is known what happened afterwards; the Kagon once again vanished, and Nel Nehru began to once again wander the Eorzean countryside. ◢ Common Rumors - Easily overheard.
