Semillon Lasoie ---  About
 Semillon is only slightly over six fulms tall, edging on the shorter side for an Elezen. He's dark-skinned, a muted brown with an undertone of grey, especially under his eyes and at his lips. He's tanned enough, but looks as though he rarely goes out to warrant any real indication that he does anything outside of walks and outdoor shopping. He definitely does not give any aura an adventurer would. Any muscle he has isn't defined, and he's lithe and long-limbed, with bony wrists and ankles, and a proud, long neck. His fingers are just as long, as are his feet. His arms, legs, pits and chest are covered in a sparse dusting of blonde-white hair, and the hair atop his head is thick, curly, and styled into a deliberately messy hairstyle, long enough only for the smallest of buns (a hairstyle used only when writing or rehearsing). It's dyed pinker than his usual tone, with varying shades mixed in -- his natural hair colour doesn't seem to be much darker, although he is blonder. Semillon is halfway between handsome and pretty, with long, thick lashes and high cheekbones, but a strong jaw and nose, along with scruffy sideburns, if left untamed. He has near-constant bedroom eyes because of their heavy hood, manicured but still impressively imposing brows, a hooked nose, and a mouth that can only be described as a mouth that worried you -- expressive, prone to pouting, smiles often mistaken as mocking or condescending. He has a pair of only slightly mismatched eyes, a lavender-white, with his right eye being a shade darker than his left. They're near-constantly painted with purple eyeshadow, usually the glittery kind that just gets everywhere. His mouth is also usually painted in blacks or dark mauves. His nails are kept long, well-manicured, and painted a glossy black. Scars & Markings: Semillon has a single scar starting at his cheekbone and ending at his hairline, and a pale one at that. He also has an exquisitely detailed tattoo of a mostly-nude male Roegadyn sailor flexing and smiling cheekily on his left arm, with a dashing Miqo'te rogue in a similar state on his other arm. His right hand, up to the middle of his forearm, is covered in tattooed grape vines, which seem to shift around in certain lights. The cartilage at his right ear is clasped in gold, paired with a dangling emerald earring at the lobe. His navel is pierced with an impressively large emerald as well, inlaid in silver, and if one were to spy him with his shirt off or open (not entirely a rarity), they would spot a pair of silver nipple rings. He is otherwise markless, save for a few scant nicks and cuts from everyday actions. Voice: --- Husky, low, considerably deep and incredibly vocal fried. Enunciates well, with a slight catch on "-th" and "-s" sounds that isn't pronounced enough to be called a lisp. Clothing: --- Semillon exclusively wears long sleeves or none at all -- compromise, to him, is death, and this is only amplified in his style. He's attracted to accessories, and usually has at least four rings and three bracelets and bangles on at any given time. It's all just too much, for a lot of people. Outside of his home, it's rare to see him in something you could classify as "simple." Is especially partial to open bodices and light girdles. At first glance, Semillon comes across as vain, petty, condescending, and a little rude. Unfortunately for most people, that's what most of them get to see; he's arrogant, proud, and seems like he's preening every moment of every day. This is mostly a result of him being altogether too confrontational and reactionary. He's overconfident, smug, and tends to give backhanded compliments without even realizing. Once he warms up to someone, he usually mellows out, and usually then comes across as sarcastic, slightly unmotivated, and more than a little shady. He lives for good food, well-made clothes, nice smells, and company he can gossip with. Rather forward and blunt, once he knows someone well enough to be honest with them. He seems to be adverse to physical contact unless comfortable with the person or unless he's initiated/asked for it -- otherwise, he tends to shy away from affection focused his way, especially in public. He seems to have no qualms touching other people, however. Still, he knows when to use delicacy when needed. He also at least tries to be polite -- although that might be to get more tip money. He doesn't make friends easily but is loyal to them to a fault, willing to defend his passions, and shows rare drive when motivated to prove someone wrong. Semillon lives almost entirely to make other people bitter.
