With an ever sleepy expression, this peculiar Raen may seem sluggish and slow, seemingly always lost in her own little world. Though rather sleepy and odd, Ume can almost always be found with a smile on her face. Once conservative about her appearance within Eorzea, she has adopted a more modest approach on her clothing, preferring long, simple dress, sweaters, and shawls to keep a majority of her skin and scales covered. PERSONALITY In most crowds, Ume remains a quiet, distance individual who can be find with her nose in a book or taking a nap. Due to an unnatural form of aether sickness, the woman is usually looking tired or exhausted no matter how often she might fall asleep. Her sickness causes a bodily shut down that renders her asleep for what may be minutes or hours. Her mind is always wandering, her curiosity and yearning of knowledge taking her far in observing and researching whatever might catch her interest as long as she can manage to stay awake. She can be a bit absent-minded at times, clueless and innocently oblivious to certain situations. Though she cares deeply for others, she has struggled deeply with making friends due to her strange demeanor and her fear of harming them. Though Ume can always be found with a warm smile or sheepish grin. Carefree, kind, and a bit quirky, it is very hard to upset the woman. She rarely finds a reason to show her anger, fear, or sorrow; being careful to hide it behind a smile. BACKGROUND Coming Soon! Finding him a bit odd, she thought him good company and after continued inquiry to the true nature of their relationship, found herself finding him as more than an affectionate friend. Though she has yet to admit it for one reason or another. 👍 Khatar'sae Banchamek: A calm miqo'te she met through her sleepy travels and further after through Uldar. She shares his love for challenging Triple Triad matches and finds him good company to converse with. 👍 Akino Naeuri: A fellow Raen met through joining Solaris. Ume is always willing to come to her aid to any situation and finds her good company. She only wishes she saw more of her. 👍 Istellia Montagne: The leader of Solaris. She was kind enough to offer Ume a position in the company and has proven understanding and trustworthy. She sometimes fears the woman is too hard on herself for being a leader and strives to do what she can to show her otherwise. 👍 Temame Kajiya: Another fellow Raen of Solaris. Ume finds it amusing how timid she can be at times while overly excitable at others. She has enjoyed getting to know the girl and finds her good company. 👍 Madoc Parnell: A Xaela of Solaris whom Ume has seen far too many times traveling without proper attire. She sometimes worries for him but he has always been reassuring and kind enough for her not to question it. ⚫ Liso Maimhov: A fellow Solaris member that happened to join at the same time Ume did. Though through brief interactions with the woman, she finds her very kind and admires her fluff. ⚫ Alistor Strange: She has only seen on certain occasions and not had the pleasure of talking to him extensively. Though she enjoys making his name into wordplay. OTHER AFFILIATES 👍 Yesukai Dotharl: A freed Xaela slave. She has come to relate with him in more ways than one and has become to determine to show him what awaits him in the world with a kind, guiding hand. Though she finds him stubborn at times, she is patient to get to know him more. 👍 Zanzan Yanzan: A kind lalafell who always seem willing to land a helping hand. He has since offered to help cleanse her of her problem from the Void to which Ume cannot be more grateful. NPC INTERACTIONS 💀 Juun Muto Ume's ex-husband. Claimed as Nymess' first victim, his soul remains tethered to her hold as leverage. Ume misses him terribly at times and wishes only for him to know peace. 👎 Lady Nymess: A succubus who charmed and wiggled her way into Ume's life early on in her time in Eorzea.
