P E R S O N A L I T Y

When first approaching Qhota one will quickly find a very friendly woman who will greet you with a smile first and an offer of friendship second. Her kind-hearted nature comes from a belief that an open mind and an offered hand will yield a positive relationship. However, do not see her openness as ignorance or naive. What many people overlook is her observant nature, even if she seems distracted or uncaring the woman will continue to study the person's behavior. Even going so far as to come off as easily distracted or curious due to her overt interest in topics or individuals lifestyle. Given her past experiences in trying to survive out in ul'dah Qhota has quickly become avoidant of those whose personalities are too strong or come off as brash. Finding them to be egocentric and often seeking other things that Qhota may not find in alignment with her desires. Another quirk of hers is her obvious hate regarding racism or assumptions that have been placed upon her people and of those born between the two miqo’te factions. Depending on how close you become with the young redheaded woman you may discover that she knows more than she lets on and is in fact rather capable of many things that stem beyond the normal work environment she tends to disclose. Though even with her underlying skills, her years of facing the cruelty of life have left her in an unhealthy mental state. With her memories gone and with little to survive or people to go to the woman became quite vulnerable and has descended into a vicious cycle of insecurity and victimization.

A P P E A R A N C E

Standing at only 5Fm 1Im and weighing in at 128Pz, the red fur and haired cat is on the average to smaller spectrum of her people. The woman holds a healthy amount of muscle mass and hints of body fat as the time spent training and exercising has blessed her with good health. Though it not only favored her health it even gave her figure, even more, to gaze upon. The miqo’tes form resembles an hourglass as her upper body carries a very perky 36D bust with ease. As her form is gazed upon further one would find that her core would curve inward into a well-exercised base that compliments her top and bottom half. But as one travels even lower they'd quickly find that her hips and waistline would widen to a flattering amount as the woman does seem to have a wider bottom then top. Given her active lifestyle it not only gave her good health but also served to compliment her natural features as it tightened her core and curved her bottom out further, some even claiming Qhota’s rear had almost like a nice cushion like bubble look to it. Her clothes also lacked the typical prop pieces that give women their attires a sense of greater frame as qhota had no need for them and simply let her own curves do it for her. Leaving people surprised to find that the woman, in fact, does have a lovely figure beneath her usual attire. Thankfully her legs were just as strong to carry her body and keep up with her training as they seemed to match the rest of her body. Though even with her muscle mass and naturally curvaceous figure the woman's body fat was just enough to soften her muscular form and lessen the hardness of her body.

With the growing flow of income, she now finds herself being able to splurge on clothing to try to look her best with the various cultural sets and fabric options that are becoming available. Her hair sits just short of her shoulders and will always be seen with her hair and thick fur nicely brushed, free from any stray strands or knots. The woman's eyes are quite iconic to keeper miqo’te as they have a red color with hints of orange splashed in to shift its shade which is only accentuated further with her thick eyelashes. Qhota also has freckles that are sprinkled just below her eyes and on her cheeks. The miqo’te has a rather long thick tail that matches the same level of care she has with the rest of herself. Even with her active lifestyle her fur looks nicely kept and fluffed to keep its appearance to be just as soft as it feels. Due to being both out in the sun and in the night the woman has gotten a darker mix of grey and brown tone but has not gotten into the extreme spectrum of color change as she still spends most of her waking hours in the night. Even though she is a mix between keeper and seeker Qhota has a strong leaning to her keeper half of lineage as only those who truly understand the finer details of variation between the two miqo’te can notice her mixed gene pool.

L I K E S ■ Fashion. Living a life of poverty has led her to find wealth in fashion. ■ Nocturnal. Qhota has a preference for staying up at late hours in the night and sleeping in during the day as she is biologically more inclined to the keeper side of her. ■ Cooking. Qhota has recently begun to explore the world of cooking now that she has the luxury of time and gil to spare. She's been gathering ingredients and following cookbooks or other local recipes. Qhota love for food has brought her into a self exploration of flavor. ■ Mango. Qhota has a strong preference to mango based products. Foods, drinks, snacks, anything that has mango in it would most likely be to Qhotas Liking.

D I S L I K E S ■ Stereotypes. Qhota has a strong dislike to being called a cat or being assumed to be like the stereotypes of miqo'te. ■ Sour flavors. She absolutely hates sour flavors when it comes to foods and drinks. ■ Pushy or Strong Personalities. Qhotas rather docile nature tends to clash heavily to those whos personalities are just to strong or when they push too much for something. They are more likely to dissuade Qhota then convince her.

C O M B A T ■ Alchemy. During her time in ul’dah she has seen the popularity of potions and other alchemical based products produced and sold to the masses. She very quickly learned what alchemy had to offer and what they could do to the mind and body. Regardless of their taboo like nature Qhota has adopted it into her line of items she has available to her. As of recent with the return to her apartment and newfound motivations she has taken it upon herself to get her old alchemy lab up and running. Though with the vastness of alchemy and its secretive information it has proven difficult to gather all the necessary items and knowledge she needs to retain what she had once lost. Thankfully she has managed to get a few connections to aid her in this process of rediscovery. ■ Ninjutsu. Through her adoptive family, Qhota has been given the opportunity to learn and grow through their teachings. Spending many years in hardship but resilient in the end goal of what the training could give her and how it could be used to further aid in her family's efforts. Over the years K’zara had learned to adapt and best use what she was taught in a manner that would benefit her kind greater given their racial boons that others lacked. Though even in the past it grew difficult being one to occasionally have to hide her furred appendages but she too learned how to work through that. ■ Pugilist/Monk. Given the families background and Qhotas it was not uncommon for them to branch out and explore the different cultures and styles that could potentially prove beneficial to their existing way of life. These fighting styles shared several similarities to existing Ninjutsu close quarter combat and they were in fact astonished by how these people took it several steps further. Although their teachings and approach differed, they still saw a mutual foundation in which they used to adapt and reform these styles. K’zara was one of them who did not shy away from learning these westerns teachings, finding a connection to the idea of utilizing both eastern and western teachings as a form of balance.

H A B I T S ■ Meditation. Although she once did this in the past, her new mentor and self teachings have lured her back into the trend of meditating to ground her mind and body. Serving to enhance her fortitude and better hone her skills. ■ Training. With her sights now focused on a new goal Qhota has begun her retraining to learn what has been forgotten and reacquire the necessary strength needed to achieve them. ■ Drinking. In the past Qhota made it a point to avoid alcohol given her lightweightness and lack of gil for recreational fun. But with no longer fearing where she may awaken or who may attempt something Qhota has very quickly started a new powerful yet horrible coping method.

O T H E R Ishikawa Clan ( ● ) ( Shinobi Clan ) - Like an extended family The Ishikawa clan was publically known for its trading business between the Othard and Hingashi regions mainly exchanging various goods that were deemed profitable at the time. Although the clan was not considered large compared to the more notable clans they still held connections and partnerships between other families and businesses maintaining a healthy network of cooperation and prosperity. In private, however, the Ishikawa's held a long-standing tradition of following the ways of the Shinobi. Helping other branches and using their surface company as a form of transportation and cover for the various roles they needed to fulfill. The Ishikawa clan, however, did not shy away from keeping their practices exclusive to their own blood, but to the few trusted and capable of assuming the way of life they adhered to. Her moral compass and methods were unwavering trying her best to do what she thought was right. Kiyomi was partnered with Raikou in their assignment and was the one to break the rules in order to take in K’zara when they failed to find her parents. Kiyo was also quite adamant about keeping her work partnership professional but after many years of being close some question their relationship. Raikou Hayashi ( ♥ ) ( Adoptive Father ) - Dad The Brute Raikou had always been considered a bit of a hot head who struggled with the clans approach to a peaceful mind but through extensive training and meditation he had for the most part overcome his strong personality. Some other clan members often taunted the man claiming Kiyomi had actually managed to whip him into decent shape. His methodology and morals to how he approached goals had always been a more riskier and questionable preference but Raikou had always been sure to never cross the line, always prefered to run along it instead. Often leading to heated arguments and disagreements with his partner. Although Raikou publicly expressed distaste toward his partner but in private Rai had a tendency to drop his strong persona and open up slightly to Kiyomi leaving the few who knew to question just how close they truly were, especially once an unorthodox adoptive child came into the picture. Alu'to Lheze ( ♠ ) ( Ex Lover ) - Traitor One of the first males she met of her kind, quickly becoming infatuated with him and his sense of being. Qhota was hooked on learning and being close to another miqo’te, especially one who accepted her for being a half breed. It was a blind fiery love for this man that was overlooked by any sense of logical thinking or caution. She took it upon herself and so did he to become involved in the work environment, hoping to create a business collaboration. That is until their companies had conflicting views and the subterfuge began. "I remember him now, he sold us out. He lied to not just me but to everyone around us. If I could only have him standing before me now...How could I have been so blind…..I miss him so much..." Qhota’s Father was a Seeker of the Sun and her mother was a Keeper of the Moon. The mother was originally a part of a tribe while she maintained a forbidden relationship which ultimately led in pregnancy. After being alienated due to the news of the mixed child she eventually left her tribe with the father. Struggling to maintain their livelihood the couple attempted to live in Central Thanalan only to face the harshness of culture shock and the continued outcast lifestyle. Around K’zaras 7th nameday she was left abandoned in the streets of Ul’dah. The child wandered the streets hoping to find her parents, fortunately a few early Othard origin individuals offered to help the frantic miqo’te. After failing to find the child's parents they decided to take her in for a short period of time, only to raise her as one of their own.

As Qhota grew older she adapted to her surroundings, learning more about her adopted caretakers and what they had to offer. Even though she remained in poverty, Qhota was still able to learn how to fight and even begin to assist with her caretakers work once she discovered their reason for coming to Eorzea. During the early years of Doma's demise, small pockets of resistance and others who wished to grant their people sanctuary attempted to help get people out of the country. During such chaotic years, only a few were able to trickle out, and some even went as far as fleeing Kugane for fear of the Garlean empire desire for further expansion. The group was tasked to help finish ferrying those from Kugane into Eorzea and into a safer society. However, even though their intent was in good nature the organization were still viewed to be trafficking people. Having to go beyond the scope of the law and the cities neutrality regulations. With no support beyond those in Doma and the sect in Eorzea they worked with what they had to assure success. Their good deeds soon caught up with them as those who sought profit offered to buy these people instead to sell them into slavery creating a divide in the underground refugee system. It wasn't until the battle of Carteneau that war had been declared amidst the chaos leaving many dead, scattered, or heavily wounded. Qhota was also attacked, only to awaken hours later with a serious head injury and the inability to recall most of her memories. Leaving the twenty-one year old in a post-calamity world to fend for herself and the organizations all but destroyed.

R E C E N T

Years have passed since her loss of memories but even in present day the woman had never fully recovered beyond the nickname of “Qhota” and vague snippets of her past. Even after recovering from her wounds her early memories of a post-calamity world were left cloudy and unsure. It wasn't until time had passed that she seemed to acquire a form of normalcy in her life that she was able to have a routine. She eventually found her way into the city of Ul'dah in hopes of gaining a steady source of income but much to her dismay the cut-throat competitive market proved extremely difficult to find work with sustainable wages as the loss of her past also compromised her abilities. With little option for opportunities, Qhota took on the role of doing simple assistant like roles across a number of employers, ranging from helping merchant stalls, advertising new products, running small supplies between other stalls and even cleaning services for companies with established locations. Barely making enough gil to feed herself and having a place to stay for the night. With no end in sight of this vicious cycle, Qhota found herself trapped within the city of Ul'dah trying to survive one day at a time.

N O W

Having found salvation from her insanity within Ul’dah Qhota has managed to escape the region with little coin and the help of smugglers. Over the pretense of being able to work a guard position for safe passage out. She soon found herself in Hingashi, with little more than the bag she carried and her will to keep going. With Kuganes booming business and flood of companies throughout the region Qhota acquired a full-time position as a general assistant to a mercenary company granting her a stable source of income and even a roof over her head. Finding a point of normalcy and free time Qhota took it upon herself to expand her circle and resources. During this time of exploration came a lot of life lessons that she needed to learn as she soon came to realize how even so far from Ul’dah, its distrusting individualistic society still had some similarities to the people that resided in Hingashi. Whether these lessons were for better or worse Qhota took these to heart along with the intense nostalgia and more splinters of her former self. As if fate had finally decided her past and present began to collide. Puzzle pieces falling into place as she chased after each hint that could possibly present her with answers. Even with the pain and sorrow that it brought her, the strong yearning for more kept her going. That is until she acquired her abandoned apartment from years past. There she found the bulk of what she had been searching, though even with access to her old resources she still had the drive only grew stronger and new goals were set. Although her motives are unclear she took it upon herself to regain the skills she had lost, to rebuild herself.

As time went on, Qhota had changed her position from general assistant to a nurse within the medical department while also using her newfound connections to take on a second position in another company as an on-call nurse. Her knowledge and resources within the alchemy field served as a stepping stone into the medical field as she was capable to provide medical services through more traditional physical treatments. Even with her new higher paying positions alchemy does not come cheap, nor does her new motives. Qhota has begun to expand and dip into the quiet underbelly of the world having her resources behind her and identity hidden there's no telling whether or not it's just for coin as time goes on. Such a world has a tendency of chaining down those who dare to test the waters.
