General

Kathe was originally from Ala Mhigo, but escaped with her companion [Radulf Dietrich]. They lived in little Ala Mhigo for 10 years before finally leaving and free roaming the realm. After that, they settled in Limsa Lominsa just before the Calamity. She took up odd jobs in Limsa ranging from deliverer, to waitress, to housekeeping. Anything to make a bit of money. While she worked, she heard tales of great adventurers, which inspired her to be one. With some encouragement from Radulf, she became a scholar.

Radulf developed feelings for Kathe during their adventures, but she saw him as a brother figure. This news upset Radulf and the pair parted ways. Kathe is now on her own, confused and seeking guidance.

Appearance

Although a highlander, Kathe still considers herself short in height. She keeps her reddish-brown hair long and well groomed. She likes the color magenta, so she tends to put streaks of it in her hair. Her eyes are a light shade of green, and she has a small beauty mark under her left eye. Kathe wears magenta eyeshadow and a light lip gloss. She has a soft complexion with medium muscle tone. She tries to take good care of herself and be presentable. She keeps a smile on her face most days. She likes pretty outfits and dresses, but often can't afford them, or have anywhere to wear them.

Personality

Kathe is optimistic and generally curious about the world. She is even-tempered and supportive of others, especially supportive of her traveling companion. She is honest and tries to be responsible, and is embarrassed to admit when she can't do something. She likes to be spontaneous and flexible, but still keeps cautious of her surroundings. She easily warms up to people, loves to engage with strangers, and always stays courteous. She likes to think of herself as an open book. .
