Basic Info

Originally from Ala Mhigo, Radulf Dietrich escaped with his companion [Kathe Freihertz]. Throughout most of his teen and early twenties, they resided in Little Ala Mhigo. After ten years of living there, they decided to strike out on their own and explore the realm. They free roamed for a few years before settling in Limsa Lominsa prior to the Calamity. To make a living he took up the anvil and hammer, apprenticing for the blacksmith in town. Kathe, having taken odd jobs to bring in more income, came to him with desire to become an adventurer after hearing tales from the passing patrons of the drowning wench. After some thought he encouraged her to study as a scholar, while he took up the axe to protect her.

Appearance & Personality

Radulf stands at a modest height compared to other highlanders. He tries to keep his black hair as well groomed as a blacksmith is able to. His eyes are white, taking after his mother side of the family, while he dawns the markings from his father's side. The markings themselves were once a sign for the battle hardened, but now are a symbol for the males of his lineage to show devotion to protecting their family. He has a full beard that he keeps groomed and a small scar on his right cheek from a small incident when he first took up blacksmithing. He has a somewhat muscular build from his work on the anvil and his previous life roaming the realm.

Radulf is a cautious, but optimistic individual and always looking towards the future for him and his companion. He retains a calm disposition, but is quick to anger against those that would bring harm to those he cares for. While a very adaptable individual, Radulf can be stubborn at times when it comes to keeping a margin of safety. He is weary of new people often remaining silent to observe. When he does speak, he remains courteous, but will open up to those he has known for some time showing his more flirtatious side.
