Lavi Lelavi is a player character on the server Ultros. A Lalafell Summoner, she is largely known for her voracious appetite and her corpulent figure. She spends most of her time hunting minions, or gaming in the Gold Saucer though she does fight monsters or explore dungeons if she thinks she can get some pretty clothing or a new minion out of it.
Appearance & PersonalityDemeanor: Lavi is a happy go lucky woman. She doesn't like stress and we'll go out of her way to avoid it. Though sometimes self conscious about it, Lavi mostly tries to embrace her fatness, even going so far as to wear revealing outfits to show it off.
Nature: Lavi considers herself a kind helpful woman, and to an extent that's true, she doesn't mind giving her time to help someone, but only if its something she can manage without much effort or if there's something nice in it for her as well. In the end Lavi is nice but somewhat lazy and greedy.
Trope: Lavi shuns organized religion mostly due to the fundamentalist nature of her parents. She's certainly willing to admit that Hydaelyn exists, but Lavi doesn't do her bidding blindly, but with a questioning eye, and keeping her own self interest in mind.
Habits: Lavi's major habits are eating and playing Triple Triad. Mostly eating. Rarely an hour goes past where she isn't finding something sweet or deep fried to indulge upon.
Common Appearance: The only word that can describe Lavi's appearance is round. Constant indulgence has left her more than twice as heavy as the average Lalafell with a large protruding stomach, thick legs and a double chin. She keeps her hair tied up in little round buns.
Scars & Markings: Lavi has a cross or x shaped face paint pattern which she always wears. She believes it gives her good luck.
Voice: Lavi is from the backwoods of Gridania. While she strives for a cute and neutrally accented style of speech when under stress she sometimes reverts to a rougher and less sophisticated manner of talking.
Clothing: Lavi loves green clothes, and almost always tries to dress in that color if possible. She likes loose very casual clothing, or clothing that doesn't cover to much skin, though the latter has become slightly awkward since she has gained so much weight.

AbilitiesLavi is rather good at maximizing her own destructive power. Her dedication to collecting new and pretty clothes usually means she's well equipped for any adventure and she manages her Egi and her own aetherical output very well. Lavi is also good at lifting peoples moods...usually
Lavi's stamina has of course suffered due to her tremendous weight gain. She huffs and puffs her way through dungeons almost always out of breath. Due to this she often manages to get hit by enemy attacks less rotund adventurers would have easily avoided. Lavi also worries about being responsible for others in combat. While she has trained herself in healing arts and theoretically should be able to use them to great effect, the stress of keeping someone healed in a battle often causes her to completely lose track of what she's doing to the point she fails in her duties.

HistoryEventually she gained enough regard to be sent on missions to other countries. In Limsa she found a much better homeland. The sea so beautiful and it's architecture so unlike Gridania's, she began to spend more and more of her time there, and soon found a style of combat that fitted her much better as well. Summoning a Carbuncle as an Arcanist not only gave her an adorable companion, but meant far less actual physical exertion.
As Lavi continued to adventure she began to acquire more power and more wealth. Often she would allow her Egi's to fight battles for her and then upon finishing whatever the days task, she would visit the Culinarian's Guild and feast upon rich delicacies. When she gained access to the Gold Saucer things got a bit out of hand and she did little but sit around playing games all day and eat. Her weight ballooned and had Ishgard not recently opened its borders she would probably have retired from the adventuring life. Adventuring in new lands helped her shed some of the weight though it was hard going for a while. Recently though she finds herself once again spending more and more time at the Saucer and in restaurants with only her desire for pretty baubles getting her out and about.
