Appearance

Maco would never be considered a mage at first glance. Her clothes are simple and have near nothing in common with the fancy robes and headgear most magic users would wear, the only hint at her magic occupation being her grimoire and her scepter she commonly wears strapted to her belt. Her haircolour often changes, though most of the time is a form of red. Her hair is long and nearly always covers the tattoo she has on her left cheek, something she tries to keep hidden. The womans' eyes are of two different colours, the right one being a bright red, the left a similarly bright green, an odd feature, and her most unique. The miqo'te is of above average height for her kind and walks with an odd ladylike elegance that betrays her usual demeanor, by being a strong contrast to her usual lax and carefree demeanor. Those with the ability to sense aetherical supplies of other beings will notice that Macos body has a personaly aether supply that exceeds the norm by a fair margain, which would allow her to cast quite potent spells without tiring too fast.

History

Maco was an odd case since to most, the miqo'te seemingly just appeared out of nowhere. There are no records about her to be found in Eorzea prior to the third year after the calamity struck. From there the young woman worked in many short jobs for people in both Ul´dah and Limsa Lominsa, mainly involving protection of cargo, personal protection and especially archeological missions and excavations of ancient ruins, where she showed a great talent of dealing with ancient defensive mechanisms and traps.
Currently she resides mainly in and around Ul'dah, where she frequents the quicksand and in general showcases extreme competence in sloth and unproductivity.

Personality

Macos' magical prowes and potential is almost mocked by how lazy the girl seems to be. She rarely takes things seriously, rarely lets matters get to her, and generally displays little concern for the impact of her non-actions. She is a very friendly and easy-going individual, who holds little prejudice towards strangers and treads everyone kindly and with her own form of respect. The exception to that are Gridanians, she seems to hold a quite severe grudge towards Gridanians in general, and especially conjurers, however she does not go out of her way to attack or insult them.
The miqo'te dislikes needless conflict and tries to avoid fighting, which works out with mixed results. Gridanians are again an exception, as she is near incapable of holding her tongue when an argument breaks out inbetween herself and a Gridanian or a conjurer. Despite this distinct disliking, Maco tries her best and all to not kill sentient creatures, be it individuals of the five races, beastkin or other, the only exception to that being animals and individuals so evil and corrupt that sparing them would necessarily mean allowing incredible amounts of suffering in the future, however she is not prone to meet any such individuals anytime in the future.

While she does acknowledge the deities of Eorzea (Elementals, Primals, the twelve), however she dislikes them, even resents the Elementals specifically. She keeps her views to herself however, and does not speak about them unless she is asked.

Maco tends to add the phrase "ze" to the end of her sentences at random intervals, most of the time when stating a point of view or important thought, or to give something else she says another level of importance or depth.
