Rill is optimistic and a thrill-seeker, preferring to go with the flow instead of asking questions. Given an objective from her superiors, all else becomes invisible. Surviving off of thievery since a young age, Rill has developed into and excellent liar and trickster, as well as having remarkable stealth. However, feelings of compassion interfere often with her jobs, leaving her to question morals and sometimes straying off track to heal the sick.

Rill's hair is long and orange dipped with yellow at the ends. She wears it in two pigtails, and occasionally tucks them up in a hat. She has a red heart painted under her left eye (both of which are crimson), a dark nose, and pale skin.
