A few words that can be used to describe the Au Ra woman. Sayuri holds little to no knowledge of how to be more 'open' with others and as a result, her emotions are rather hidden from others, even those of her own clan, usually living a rather private life. However, she is learning the basics of how to be a bit more 'normal'. From conversing with others about nothing at all to comforting her friends when they need a pick-me-up. Be it in battle or in daily life, she is quiet and contemplative. She would much rather stop and think of a plan rather than go in with none at all and when she places her mind to something, it is impossible to phase her.

While she has a strong sense of honor and knowledge of battle, she holds a lack of confidence when it comes to some of her choices yet keeps that hidden from the outside world but anyone who knows her well enough will be able to see she is troubled if she is staring off, unresponsive. The question is, will she tell you what is on her mind? Unlikely.

Likes ■ Tea. While she may not admit it at first, she is quite the lover of tea. ■ Peace and Quiet. Finding it easier to clear her thoughts and mind, she prefers a quiet location over a noisy one. ■ Sparing. Enjoys a friendly spar to keep herself fit, be it with her students or and acquaintance. ■ Secret Favoring: Sweets. Not many will know this but Sayuri is a lover of sweet things. From tea to simple treats, if one wants to sway her, be it in a friendly manner or a way to have her meet, the mere mention of sweets is one of the most useful ways.

Dislikes ■ Racism. Something she deeply despises and believes that race doesn't dictate what a person can and can not do. ■ Garleans. This shouldn't come to a surprise; She dislikes Garleans, those that cling to their flag, not ones who have left their armies. She believes everyone should be given a chance. ■ Mistreatment. A quick way to end up on her black list. Be it her or another, she believes treating others with respect. ■ Reminders of the Past. She is a believer that the past is the past and that she should look to the future. However, she also follows the statement, 'Be watchful of those in front of you but beware those behind you'. ■ Secret Dislike: Family. Description of subject.

Hobbies ■ Training. No matter the type of training, she can be found performing some type of way to train her body and blade. ■ Tea Making. While she may not be the best, she enjoys making tea of different sorts for any occasion. ■ Learning. Any type of learning, she enjoys it. ■ Secret Hobby: Reading Romance Novels. She may not understand simple emotions like love and attraction but that doesn't mean she doesn't like a good book! ...No matter the subject.

Allies ♥ Romance – ♥ Attraction –● Friendly – Khashin Altanrir ● - Guardian of the North; The Wolf Khashin, once known as Fafrung, is the Bodyguard of Sayuri. She, however, sees him more as a ally rather than a Guard, believe she does not need one. What started as a request from an mutual acquaintance turned into someone more permanent. While he can be seen as a rather scary armor cladded man at first glance, he is quite welcoming and respective to others. He isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes to be right and will defend others if he sees it is needed. He is the first to greet Sayuri when she came to Eorzea and someone she holds rather highly, even if she won't admit it at first. Orenji Kharn ♥ - Sky Captain of The Rising Claws; The Dreadwyrm A rather down to earth and open minded Miqo'te and someone she met completely by chance. Yet when they conversed, a relationship quickly formed between the two. There are things of Sayuri that only Orenji knows. Even with certain subjects, he knows her better than herself. A proud captain of the Sky Pirate Group known as the Rising Claws, Orenji isn't afraid to stare death in the eye. He's already gain enough practice by staring Sayuri in the eye!

Yet it became apparent that she was still very much alive and was out for Sayuri's blood. Her terror did not last long, Sayuri ending her within a final stand. S'Kiear Grimsong ♦ - Dead Man Walking A newer enemy to Sayuri, she does not know much of the man. Nor would she care to learn more of him. To her, he attacked innocent beings within Coerthas and, after standing before him an the exchange of harsh words, has come to the conclusion; He is a Dead Man Walking. She wouldn't attack him within the city-states nor out in the open unless he made the first draw but she is willing to fight him when he does.
