H I S T O R Y

Yululu was not a woman born from riches. But as the eldest sister out of two siblings she’d always been considered as spoiled; which came as a perk from how obedient she was to her family’s ways. Even as a child, Yululu was not afraid to admit it. Her parents were nothing but lowly thieves and scam artists, inventing different ways to build off from the small fortune they had. And it became clear that her younger brother, Sky (previously known as Nojin) did not approve of their actions.

Yululu, however, welcomed them learning the trades to receive luxury at an incredibly early age. Because the blood that ran inside her parents did not differ fro the blood of her own, holding that slimy feeling with pride as it trickled under her skin. Yululu understood her kin wasn’t the wealthiest of Ul’dah, albeit she knew others were - taking advantage of the dimwits and loners of the city. Her innocent face and natural intuitive mind were like daggers to the ones caught off guard. The lalafell was fully aware of what she was doing. And she had no intention to stop her pathetic lifestyle.

That is, until the inevitable hit. The chaos that razed down Ul’dah caused turmoil for Yululu, and especially for her parents. Before the tragedy they were finally caught and intimidated by a group of people her Mother and Father scammed, her parents now desperately sobbing. They even offered Yululu herself, which enraged her. She had always been their favorite child - and yet it was easy for them to trade her affection for a quick getaway?

However, their cries were unmatched by the Calamity’s merciless tide. When Ul’dah crashed and burned, unsurprisingly, Yululu’s parents were nowhere to be seen nor was her brother. And while Yululu would eventually learn that her sibling estranged himself for a group of Roegadyn, the lalafellian woman scurried to find comfort among someone else. Which she found as she latched up a family of Hyurs that still had their future standing for them. Yululu did not hesitate to grovel with a sob story amongst their only daughter, receiving the sympathy she wanted as she lied about her deadbeat parents in hopes to yet again, build the throne she would rest on.
