Meet Atty (Though be careful, unless explicitely stated by Atty, you're to refer to her as Attana. She'll probably get angry if you call her Atty.) She's my hot headed, punch-first-ask-later of a Miqo'te. She's a functioning alcoholic, a pugilist by trade, and is incredibly loyal to those she trusts. She's a hot-head, especially about things she feels strongly about. She's a very opinionated, live-for-the-moment type of woman.

Appearance & Personality

Atty's a short young Miqot'e, her hair is snow white, her body is lithe but toned, years of work as a pugilist and general survival showing on her body. She's scarred, and battered, beaten and bruised most of the time but she's very much confident in that. She's used to it, and trust her when she says the other person looks even worse than she does.

Biography

Childhood

Z'attana is a twenty five year old Miqo'te, she was born into the clan Ziz on the 17th Sun of the 2nd Umbral Moon. From the time she was small, she didn't really fit in. She was never a follower, when her fellow male miqo'te counterparts tried to tell her to do things, she would often talk back, or worse, get in fights with them. As she grew older, it became quickly apparent that she was not cut out for life among her tribe.

Teenage

Around fifteen or sixteen, the girl left her tribe, taking the first boat she could stowaway on. She ended up in Limsa Lominsa. There was where she found her love for alcohol - she was scraping by by the fur of the tips of her ears. She hadn't thought through leaving her tribe. She spent a couple of years in Limsa, scraping by with bets and brawls, a lifetime of scuffling with the boys definitely paid off in keeping her tummy somethat occupied with food, and sometimes, not every night, but sometimes, she had a warm bed to sleep in. At around seventeen, the teenager found herself making less and less money off the bets against her. Atty eventually met one of the Commorancy, borrowing a reasonable amount of money to live to try and wait it out in Limsa. This of course didn't work, and she needed a new home to start making money the only way she knew, and didn't quite have enough money to get a ticket to Ul'dah. That said - bets were made, drinks were drunk and by the end of the night the sailors were drunk under a table, and Atty'd won passage, not thinking much of leaving the city, even with her debt. Upon arriving, she didn't immediately start getting into fights, indulging herself in a few drinks. Upon getting propositioned by a Ul'dahn man she promptly planted her fist in his face before grabbing it and smashing it into his cup, granted Momodi wasn't so keen on it, she understood, and given the circumstances kicked Atty out for only the night - it didn't matter though, she'd met Garen, and was introduced to the Pugilist guild, a place where she fit right in, and was right at home.

Present

Between the time she was studying and training at the pugilist guild, Garen had gone off to war, without Atty, much to her chagrin. Atty feels a bit regretful that she hadn't gone to battle at Carteneau, feeling that the land that had given her so much freedom hadn't been properly defended, at least on Atty's part. She was happy - however - that she hadn't. She works her ass off now to make sure Eorzea is safe, her people are safe and her friends are safe.

RELATIONS ♥ Romantic Interest ♥ Platonic Love ● Good Standing ● Poor Standing ♥ Enla Kurtah : Atty's bestestest friend, she's blind, but Atty doesn't care, in fact instead of it being offputting it struck a nostalgic chord, the girl had a blind friend long ago - though that's not the only reason she loves Enla, the pair get into incredible amounts of trouble together, liquor often having a place in that trouble. ● Garen Ashe : Atty's Commander, her friend, the man who saved her from breaking down and doing what most Miqo'te women do to get by. He got her into the pugilist guild, and even though he disappeared for five years, she'd still fall on her sword for him too. Her loyalties lie with him, with her Free Company, and with her family. ● Altonio Salaphonte : Atty's friend, she met him in Fireborn, has taken care of him when he stupidly downed two cups of whiskey, after only really being a cider drinker. He's not like her male Enla, but she'd still take a sword defending him. ● Constantine Charneoux The Leader of Commorancy, and due to a recent meeting, a reminder of her debt left her with a bad taste in her mouth - she hates the man on principle now, but will do what is necessary to clear her name and protect her family.
