Panne Tayuun (Pronunciation: pan tie-oon) is regarded as a very mysterious woman. Coming and going as she pleases, it's very hard to pin her down in one spot. Despite technically being a citizen of Gridania Panne doesn't belong to any city. As of late she's spent most of her time in Ishgard, and thus has been away from the public eye in the rest of Eorzea. But lately she's been appearing more frequently, oft accompanied by some unknown figure walking with her. Finding her isn't a question of how easy she is to spot - a deathly pale, raven-haired moonkeeper with a deadly assortment of weapons does stand out quite a bit. The hard part is in whether or not she wants to be found.
Panne's appearance isn't an uncommon one for Moonkeepers, especially in the Tayuun family. Pale and black-haired, with her face decorated in the same white paint that many other members of her family wear, she does little to distance herself from the stereotypical Moonkeeper. Mayhaps the only thing setting her apart is the lack of grey undertones in her skin. Her eyes are a deep blue color and possess the same large, round pupils that is so common to the races of Eorzea. She's very short, at only 4 fulms 10 ilms, and possesses a very slender frame, both of those making her very petite and frail looking. Panne's face is round, with high and wide cheekbones and a small chin. She's very soft-looking due to a small layer of fat over most of her body, but don't let that make you think she's weak: While her musculature might be obvious it's certainly there, built up from months and yeasr of travel. Panne's sense of style is extremely extravagant. She's taken a lot of her inspiration from the clothing that Ishgardian nobles wear, as well as the Sharlayan scholars. Robes are her most common articles of clothing, of which she possesses many (from simple traveling robes to detailed and ornate ones she wears while teaching). She always wears gloves, and very few people have actually seen her hands without gloves on. Tights and high-heels are also common for her, but nowhere near as necessary as her gloves.
Mysterious. Emotional. Intelligent. Panne is a naturally cheerful and curious person. No matter how much she might attempt to quell that part of her, or much the world might try and do it for her, she can't run away from the fact that it is completely and irresputably her nature.

Overall, I'm pretty chill as far as guidelines go. I don't have an extensive list of 'Do's or 'Don't's or things that I personally find triggering. So chances are, you won't offend me or make me uncomfortable unless you're trying to or just being really skeevy in general. Still, for the sake of making sure everyone's on the same page here, let me make a few mentions in particular:
