Appearance & Personality

A'randr is the product of Ul'dah, lured from tribal traditions by the golden gleam of coin and the comfort it promises. Cool, calm, and confident, he puts on so many airs, it's a wonder he doesn't float away. In truth, he is an aloof individual, preferring not to socialize if there is nothing to be gained and even then, his interactions often come off as flat and shallow. At his default, he speaks in dull, dry tones though he becomes much more amiable around those he is close to, especially when Rho is in tow.

His years of toiling in the mines have left him with a lean and muscular build, appearing stocky on his short frame. This is a stark contrast to his softer, more rounded twin, making it simple to tell the two apart.

Biography

Early Years

Ferocious little kit he was. The pride and joy of A'jirho Nunh, A'randr was shown clear favoritism over his numerous half-siblings from a very early age. Personally taught by the Nunh to fish, trap, and hunt, he was groomed to follow in his father's footsteps when the time came.

Rising to Nunh-hood became an obsession, a fixation for the boy. Everything was done with purpose: if it did not serve to better himself or better his tribe, it was not worth pursuing at all.

Off to Ul'dah

RELATIONS ♥ Romantic Interest    ♥ Platonic Love     ● Good Standing     ● Poor Standing ♥ A'rho Tia : Little brother! Rho is the center of his world, and his moral compass. He's very dependent on his brother, to the point where he views the world in a matter of, "Us, and them." Unhealthy, to say the least. ♥ Leopold Starke : The closest thing he has to a best friend, honestly. A'ran treats Leo as a second brother. Second-place brother, rather. Rho always comes first, a fact that makes Leo a bit jealous considering his own family issues. A'ran will still pat his head and smooth out his bangs, though, in the breaks between bashing skulls and smuggling drugs into Limsa. It's unsettling to witness. ● L'aenoh Tia : A'randr didn't particularly like him at first and took to mocking him upon their first encounter, though they've become friendly with one another over a short period of time. A'ran is a friend when it suits him and usually doesn't pull through when L'ae really needs him. Also, he supplies his high. ♥ Sigurd Rainecourt : A'ran initially sought out to befriend him because he viewed Sigurd as "the other third wheel," and so they should band together at parties. For a brief period, A'randr attempted to court him but was incredibly wishy-washy in his affections, treating it mostly as a joke. He dropped his pursuit a bit too easily when Sigurd and Reinette began seeing one another, though he remained privately bitter over the pair if only because he felt Reinette swooped in on his "territory". Time has left him to stew on it and he has begun to pick at the cracks in their crumbling relationship, waiting for his opportunity to swoop this time. Asshole. ● Reinette Sompt : Nnngghghrnrnghh, she's so nice though. ● Dhemgeim Shyrdoenwyn : He considered her a close friend. But then she died because of Sigurd's shitty spellcasting. Welp. ● Jancis Milburga : She flips the little wings out on her juice boxes. Oh no, how cute! A'randr finds her sweet and holds a shy admiration for her. Typically he refers to her as "Miss Jancis" to be polite, because she deserves no less. And because he doesn't remember her surname.
