  She met him during the Dragonsong war. She went with her Ishgardian friends to help out the best they could. She figured they could use more healers. She wasn't expecting to fall in love. It destroyed her when he died. Even more so because she became a healer to stop her loved ones dying. She couldnt heal him or stop it, it made her feel entirely useless, ever since she has done nothing but study and meditate to connect with the Elementals more than ever before.

Another member of the group during their travels together there were 5 of them in total. Khat ended up becoming close friends with him. They often sat brooding in silence together, enjoying each other silence. Sees him like an elder brother. Very happy he finally popped the question to Stefania. Often calls him a 'Pasty Elf'. Often pulls the corners of his mouth up so he looks like hes actually smiling. Only when sitting though, too tall otherwise.
