Physical Appearance

Edgar has a very lean build with little to no visible musculature; his frame leans towards lithe, even malnourished, at best. His complexion is lacking, paler than the light of a full moon. The poor Miqo'te is often mistaken for being anemic or vitamin D deficient, and when an experience sends him blushing, the blush itself manifests as a bright, violently contrasting flash of red across his flesh. In spite of appearances, Edgar is actually relatively healthy, but it is not uncommon for others to jump to conclusions and offer him food, drink, or even medicine because they believe him to be malnourished or sick. Edgar has little to no explanation for his complexion, and even appears to loathe it, referring to himself as a blot of white. Oddly enough, Edgar loathes makeup even more and refuses to use it, even if it would add some much needed colour to his skin, claiming that most, if not all makeup makes his flesh itch to an unbearable extent.

On Edgar's back are four circle-shaped Arcane glyphs known as "Ports", two on each shoulder blade, around which are enscrawled many intricate runes and details. These glyphs glow and react to the presence of Aether. Two more Ports exist on the palms of each of his hands, which he generally keeps covered.

The right half of Edgar's face is scarred with Aetherburns, bizarre patterns that flow across his flesh like tattoos. His right eye is pale white, with the lens appearing to be cracked like glass. The eye never moves, even when the other does, staring straight forward at all times. His hair is a somewhat tamed tuft of fluff, not unlike a phurble's mane, leading into two equally fuzzy ears, and soft to the touch.

In the time between his vanishing and reappearing, Baldan and Fyora fell out of favor with the Guild pretty rapidly for reasons I don't know, and then broke up with each other. Edgar showed up again shortly after they abandoned their own house, and he looked like he hadn't slept right in years. Mimiko was drunk out of her mind, and Edgar saw to it that she would not come to any harm until she sobered up. Surprisingly, Mimiko remembered this act of chivalry, and the two quickly became good friends. Their relationship has seen its ups and downs, but Edgar remains smitten with her, as loathe as he is to admit it to other people. ● Steel Wolf : An upbeat and overall magnificent example of a female Sea Wolf, Steel Wolf's happy demeanor brings out the more social side of Edgar with her mere presence. She is an honored friend, and a powerful ally in battle. ● S'honji : The brother of Mimiko, and fiercely protective of her, at that. Edgar has had a blood feud with him for the longest time, but for the sake of Mimiko, he has considered trying to make ammends.
