Petite like most of the women of her kind, stands at roughly four fulms, two ilms and weighs roughly one-hundred and five ponzes. Her flesh is of a light peach color, and the scales that mark her face, neck, back, arms, and legs are almost pearlescent. Her hair is that of a strawberry blonde color, though it is occasionally dyed brunette, usually kept in a bob style only being tied up into a ponytail when restraining her generous tresses is necessary. Her irises are of a soft pink color, their edges surrounded by a sharp pink limbal rings. She is often seen with a modest amount of make up. Silken dresses, floral patterns, gold-laced, and other fashionable designs and clothes are found in Luci's wardrobe. On occasion, when she is feeling lazy, she might wear simple tights, flats, and a poncho. Luci is always seen with her titular thick-rimmed glasses. The Raen often comes off as timid or meek in the face of strangers and even in the company of friends and colleagues. She is very passionate about her hobbies, often finding herself absorbed in her activities. The Raen holds an idealistic view on relationships and romance, this may occasionally lead to would-be suitors being the victim of unintentional cold shoulders or self-inflicted bouts of low self-esteem and lack of confidence. As of late, she has been wearing an Ananta-made necklace, which has not only lead to the nulling of her headaches, but has also granted her with a confidence that has allowed her to open up a little bit.
