Appearance & Personality

Appearance:

Nai would be considered a runt amongst her tribe, barely hitting 57 ilms (4'9") when stretched to her full height. While tiny at first glance, however, the little kitten has gone to great lengths to make up for what she lacks in height with strength. Most easily noted in her arms and chest, she sports lithe, packed muscle under a layer of feminine softness (strong, but not without some body fat), built to either deliver a powerful blow or brace to absorb one.

Her face is soft, a pleasant heart shape with delicate-looking features, her lips often lightly glossed in a soft purple. Vibrantly blue eyes are slanted in a manner reminiscent of her more feline traits, lined with dark lashes and sporting the tell-tale slit pupil of the Seeker breed of Miqo'te, lined with a dusting of pale purple eyeshadow. Her hair is cropped short along her jaw, sleek and bone-straight, a soft lavender color to match the fur of her ears and tail. Hidden by her bangs, a pair of tan stripes reach from the arch of her brows to her hairline, though the two pair that cross her cheeks, just below her eyes, remain perfectly visible.

She often chooses clothing that shows off her body, shameless in her enjoyment of the attention it gets (positive or negative). Her favorite lately has been a halter top and leather skirt combo topped off with any selection of wide-brim hats.

Personality:

Flirty, competitive, and utterly, completely shameless are a few good words to sum her up. In general, Nai is a very outgoing, affectionate person with little awareness in the area of personal space. She's just as likely to touch, or even hug, a stranger as she is a friend (though friends are far more likely to have a Naibarnacle at some point during any given encounter). She's quick to tease, though she tempers the worst of her barbs with a warm tone and amused eyes. That's just her way of showing affection: The more she banters with someone, it generally means she's quite fond of them. It's the silence that generally tells of her wrath.

The only public deviation of this generally upbeat, sociable attitude is when there's a male Seeker about. If she's noticed him, she will generally go quiet and try not to draw attention to herself, even to the point of taking her leave of current company. If approached by one, she seldom makes eye-contact and becomes very withdrawn and shy, but will not disengage unless dismissed or left alone.

Early Years

Born as A'iru Nahki to a tribe under A'nahki Nunh, she spent her early years as any kitten would, learning to gather and honing reflexes through play. That her developing talents favored conjury, however, saw her taking a slightly different path than her siblings and cousins, spending time with their tribe's healers rather than their hunters. Unfortunately, while she did cherish her tribe's values, when it came to her having kittens of her own, she would have none of it and did her best to avoid it as long as she could. She was barely fifteen summers when she fled her tribe, rather than be forced to bear their next generation, quickly finding herself lost in the wilds of Thanalan.

He purrs far too much to be trustworthy. ● Desant Valeroyant - Probably her closest friend, and mentor of sorts, there are very few who she trusts as completely. The fact he's quite the handsome Elezen sure doesn't hurt any! ● Jandelaine Hainaut - A handsome Duskwight fellow she met in the Quicksand shortly after returning to Ul'dah for the first time in several months. She hasn't seen too much of him since, but certainly wouldn't mind running into him again~ ● (♥?) Lhei'to Tayuun - The Keeper she ended up 'living' with up until her disappearance, who some might arguably call her mate. She hasn't seen him since.
